ok, so if Ford is unlikely to pony up lol, for a recall, it seems to me there is no way in hell they would release any data/statements about engine failures. That would leave us twisting in the wind indefinitely, adding our failed build numbers for little benefit.

Engine builds are a month or two before Bronco build iirc, so the latest one is probably Sept or October build. Filling in the gaps nicely.

That warranty direct study used data from their claims with engines of any age or mileage. That's not comparable at all to the 2.7 failures which are blowing at 2k miles and a few months of age.

They are under warranty, too bad Ford doesn't know if the replacement engines have problems, and the repairs may take months.

He must be driving the shit out of them with zero break in then. There's a better chance of winning the lottery than blowing 3 engines in a row that have a (very roughly) 0.5% failure rate.
