so to the OP, regardless of what you choose, you're going to have power it and the clean way to do that is the upper plastic valence and the A pillar. There's no magic to be had. There's a little notch in that valence that I have my wires tucked through.

if you're considering the bumpers, a steel aftermarket bumper could be legitimately chromed. My barnes bumper came unfinished / raw steel. Likely others out there too.
