  1. FORScan Bronco Working Spreadsheet (double honk, sport mode, chimes, seatbelts, and more!)

Should be able to do that from vehicle settings in the driver assistance menus, just disable the park aids. https://www.ford.com/support/vehicle/bronco/2021/how-to-videos/video-library/ford-technology/6274830234001?name=ford-co-pilot360/
  2. Crossroads Ford

I took my Mustang to the Crossroads in Wake Forest years ago because there was a horrible rattling/dragging noise that seemed directly tied to my use of the clutch peddle in terms of it's noise or if you made a sweeping turn. I figured it was probably something in the clutch. This is when I...
  3. 2023MY Standard Audio (6-speaker) Subwoofer Delete Mandatory and Functional Amps Removed

I ordered 40 sq ft of Resonix CLD and fibermat when it was on sale, and I'll install it once I get all the audio gear I'm planning on upgrading but I have a soft top and I'm deeply skeptical it will amount to much except for the times I'm driving around with the top and windows both up. I...
  4. Addis adaptive cruise control

    Yes, it's been done: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/added-adaptive-cruise-control-acc-to-bronco-with-high-package-using-forscan.56902/
  5. 2023 subwoofer delete/aftermarket add

I did, it was louder but a bit muddier, and there was port noise you could hear. It sounded a bit better with the port blocked even though it wasn't as loud. Personal preference, it just sounded cleaner to me with the port plugged.
  6. [How-To] Subwoofer Upgrade - Replacing/Upgrading the Factory Sub

@jrbreeland There is also a solution from PAC audio if you don't mind spending a few bucks: https://catalog.pac-audio.com/catalog/specialty-items/tr-4 It's specifically designed to turn a low-volt remote signal into a 12V signal...
  7. [How-To] Subwoofer Upgrade - Replacing/Upgrading the Factory Sub

@jrbreeland Yes that looks correct. The only real caveat is that some bosch style relays won't trigger with just 5-8V on 86 so you might need to try a few different ones till you get one that does, but in my experience most of them do work at lower voltages.
  8. [How-To] Subwoofer Upgrade - Replacing/Upgrading the Factory Sub

Yeah the ones I used in my LR3 were actually opto-isolated and DC rated, like these: https://www.amazon.com/HiLetgo-Channel-optocoupler-Support-Trigger/dp/B00LW15A4W/133-0818718-9332011. The opto-isolated ones are more likely to care about VCC voltage range. There's always the option of using...
  9. [How-To] Subwoofer Upgrade - Replacing/Upgrading the Factory Sub

That's one of the aux switch accessory wires that's pre-installed for you to use. Not in the Bronco, but I did a whole infotainment system replacement at one point in my LR3 using a Raspberry Pi, 7" display and a micro controller. It wasn't pretty but it worked and gave me Android Auto...
  10. [How-To] Subwoofer Upgrade - Replacing/Upgrading the Factory Sub

Just get one of these https://www.amazon.com/Channel-Power-Relay-Module-Control/dp/B0867Z2DXN and use it to trigger remote turn on. Use the existing amp power as the 12V source (common), hook the 6V into the vcc + trigger lines, ground it to your amp ground. Use the Normally Open output as...
  11. Kicker Key Amp 200.4 Install DIY Video - Do this first!

It's in one of the plain english settings, I don't have Forscan connected to my Bronco to get more specific, but the settings is something like "Chime Priority" default value is something like "Speaker Only" and one of the options is "Instrument Panel Only", I think in the IPC section.
  12. Planning my Audio Upgrade, does it make sense?

If your plan is to run those off 2 channels of the Key 200.4, with the stock wiring set up you'll be giving the amp a 2 ohm load, which many have report as causing undesirable issues because the key amp is 4+ ohm only. You can rewire it to the speakers in series so that the amp sees an 8 ohm...
  13. Base audio system line level interface possible | mObridge

@mObridge, That's fine, I was more concerned about a harness to tap into CAN (I'm presuming from somewhere in the front) and whether there are specific ACM parts I should be looking for, since the Bronco one is unobtainium (or stupid expensive when they do show up on eBay). I listed some part...
  14. Base audio system line level interface possible | mObridge

@mObridge so are you looking for guinea pigs to test/document the base to B&O ACM swap?
  15. Base audio system line level interface possible | mObridge

@mObridge I started to DM you then thought I'm probably not the only one with these questions so figured I'd ask here instead so everyone benefits. What size wiring is recommended to power the K2 A2B amp? What size fuse on the wiring? Besides power and A2B and the speaker outputs, are there...
  16. Planning my Audio Upgrade, does it make sense?

I'm on a similar mission, except I'm planning on going with an active 3-way front set up. I would prefer to keep everything looking stock and hidden given I have a soft top. The good news is that many modern amps can handle speaker level input without any external adapters required, so that's...
  17. [How-To] Subwoofer Upgrade - Replacing/Upgrading the Factory Sub

Those look like the dimensions of the enclosure, I'm looking for the measurements of the B&O DSP to get an idea of how large of an aftermarket amp will fit in the same space with the JL Stealthbox.
  18. [How-To] Subwoofer Upgrade - Replacing/Upgrading the Factory Sub

Overall dimensions of the main part (minus mounting feet), plus the dimensions with the mounting feet would be awesome.
  19. [How-To] FORScan Audio/Speaker Mods

They do the same thing just a different microfarad rating. 600Hz for 4 ohms would be around 63uF, the actual frequency of any given capacitor depends on the impedance of the speakers they are in-line with (e.g. a 4 ohm 600Hz high-pass is actually a 1200hz high-pass on a 2 ohm speaker).
