This is a relativly easy estimate that you can get from measuring your existing spring length, loaded height, and unloaded height. I plan to do mine in the next couple evening and the numbers should hold for any of the 4wp guys.
@87-Z28 for the front bar are you using the LCA attachement point for the antiroll bar as part of your moment calc? The moment arm of the antiroll bar itself too, the fronts is particularly long.

with very ball park corner weight estimates that checks out. I think you need to go down to 200 to get an additional .75" of drop. Im thinking if I go to 200 in the rear I will probably want to drop to 500 in the front.
