So, because I don't know, what advantage will be gained by a larger intercooler that only drops the charge intake by 10-15 degrees? Does it produce that much more horsepower or torque?
I’ve often requested 4oz or less for balance and have even requested to watch the balance process when I buy new tires.
With ”match mounting” and the use of todays road force balancing, 4oz on good off-road type tires, is quite possible, but I’d never expect 1oz or less.

No lift or level……I didn’t want to mess with a very well engineered Badlands suspension.
(I did buy a 2” SCV perch lift initially but didn’t have to install it)
Wheels are stock Black Diamond steelies…..+55 offset.
Tires are Kenda Klever RTs in 35/10.50 17s……true 35”s.
This combination all...
I'm a TAXA dealer and an overland camper for 30 plus years. I've pulled both the Cricket and Mantis with my 22 4dr Badlands with 2.7L. They both pull well with my Bronco, but the Mantis will get over the recommended gross weight of the Bronco pretty quick(if you care).
I've pulled Crickets a lot...
You can fit 35/10.50 17s on a non-sas Badlands on a stock wheel with absolutely no problems(no rubbing even at full lock). I just did. I'm very pleased with the Kendas so far. I even went out on a popular trail yesterday evening with a friend as a spotter and couldn't make it rub with some...
Thanks Lurker! Although I have to admit that I don’t completely follow the reasoning, I certainly don’t doubt it.
I don’t actually need any lift to run the 35/10.50 17s and BD steelies on my non-SAS Badlands……I may not use the SVC 2.25 perch lift that I bought……we shall see.
