  1. My 'Un-wheelable' Bronco (35"s, 3.73's, no lockers)

No Dana 60 with portals and 38's and a BD light bar? Weak. It's a nice ride, and a good color! Nothing wrong with "budget builds", so to speak. If I saved the money I spent on my parts, I could have purchased one set of coilovers.
  2. The Look Back

All the time. I was chatting with a co worker yesterday, and the big shop door was open, and I just stared at it while he was talking about dogs or models cars or something. So, guilty. I love the Bronco.
  3. 2023 Bronco DR for sale $500K USD 🤯

If you can afford the DR, you can afford some traffic violations.
  4. Proof Heritage Quarter Panels & Fender Flares Do Fit Other Trims (w/ Part Numbers #)

Looks good! Nothing wrong with painting factory wheels. IMO the Big Bend wheels look better compared to a ton of aftermarket options.
  5. Cheap interior, build quality for $70k

I saved up for about a year, shopped around and found a dealer that wasn't tacking on non-negotiable accessories, and kept my build simple. Stock Badlands with the mod bumper, brush guard, and row your own gearbox. No way I would try to buy a new one now. Prices are unreal, not to mention the...
  6. Portable electric impact driver - Who carries one ?

I scored a Kobalt 1/2" cordless from the Snap On truck for cheap. I keep that in my tool bag. I do have a Milwaukee 1/2" cordless fork work, when I'm too lazy to grab the air hose.
  7. Worried about the Bronco Engines now….

I've heard of maybe one 2.3 failure, and a couple 2.3 turbo failures, but that's all. 2.7 valves were short lived, and some cam phaser issues since then. I'm more worried about my screeching synchros than my 2.3 grenading.
  8. Show me your 20's

    This is an interesting picture.
  9. Show me your 20's

Don't be bashful. I have a sparkly unicorn on mine.
  10. What's an EASY hack/fix that REALLY improved your relationship with your Bronco?

Try to find Shin Etsu grease. That's what I use at work, and what I use for the seals.
  11. Why is off-road lighting so expensive?

I assume the quality of the parts used, and being built in USA. Maybe Baja Designs is suited for actual race cars or baja trucks, and might be overkill for a daily driver. I bought a set of amber fogs from Black Oak LED. Built in Florida. Pretty decent pricing.
  12. Homemade Diff Drop for 6G Bronco

Right, thanks for the reminder. I saved the video for later as the kids were watching Spiderman. Is that rear mount bound up at all after the drop? Or is it negligible since it has a rubber bushing? Either way, kit looks great.
  13. Used owner, what do y'all think these are for?

Those are the drunk sensors that that other guy was talking about.
  14. Homemade Diff Drop for 6G Bronco

That is awesome. Are the other components for dropping the back of the differential? I would definitely like a quality diff drop kit.
  15. BRONCO SEVERE DUTY STEERING UPGRADE KIT now available from Ford Performance Parts!

Weird that those trims are excluded. So, what's the difference between the FP steering rack, and a 2024 Badlands steering rack? I think the 24 BL rack is close, if not the same price, plus or minus a core charge if they accept a 2.0 rack in exchange.
  16. Considering buying new 2024 Bronco, thoughts on quality issues and problems?

Go drive one. Road test it first. See how you like it. First, and foremost, it's not a cookie cutter crossover that caters to passengers. Not a luxury SUV. Doesnt have 28 cup holders like a Subaru. I'm not turning you away from it, but some think because they have a high price tag, they should...
  17. Official Ford WARTHOG Package

I agree. Whether you think of Pumba or the A10, Warthog would have been an awesome name.
  18. Stock Badlands with 315's fitment and flex

It's possible the tire will contact the flare. Go try it!
