  1. ONLY 4-Doors *2.7L Results on MPG / 90% City

The only thing I can think of is driving styles. We all drive differently. One thing I can say is, once the Bronco gets moving, it carries enough momentum to keep moving on its own without constant throttle input, especially at highway speeds. Some people stay on the throttle to maintain...
  2. ONLY 4-Doors *2.7L Results on MPG / 90% City

ProCal, S&B Filter, Costco TT 91 fuel; 17-19mpg average. And that's with a lift and 37's... Some of the low mileage I see in this thread is nuts...
  3. Spare tire mount reinforcement kit now available from Ford Performance Parts

I was more impressed with him standing on top of the spare tire. However, if someone needs that much support, the Expedition One bumper and carrier would be a no-brainer.
  4. Best Bronco Dash Cam I have Found 4K OEM Look

Definitely a fan of how it integrates into the cabin. I have the Garmin Mini as well, and you literally have to know it's there to find it. I think I'd be amenable to replacing it if I didn't think I would damage my tint removing the adhesive backed Garmin mount.
  5. Spare tire mount reinforcement kit now available from Ford Performance Parts

Personally, I've never seen any information regarding how much weight the Raptor carrier can handle, but if I'm not mistaken, the rating for the standard SAS carrier is 133lbs. If we're being conservative, the Raptor reinforcement should easily add another 90lbs.
  6. Trail Militia is going there: 74Weld vs Werewolf Portals

Yep, you've definitely been the exception. Has the manufacturer collected all of this data and implemented it into a v2.0 portal design?
  7. Trail Militia is going there: 74Weld vs Werewolf Portals

Maybe, maybe not, but the marketing attached to the portals doesn't support any of the trial and error that most of you have endured.
  8. Trail Militia is going there: 74Weld vs Werewolf Portals

Yep, I've been following all of the calamity in that thread since the beginning. In all the beta-testing you guys have done for the manufacturer, they owe all of you guys a $10K refund.
  9. Trail Militia is going there: 74Weld vs Werewolf Portals

The reason I say that is it seems like portals are not without their issues, but were marketed as being virtually bullet-proof. From the threads here, there's been a lot of diagnosing, trouble-shooting, disassembly, modifications, shaking down more problems, engineering oversights, inquiries to...
  10. Trail Militia is going there: 74Weld vs Werewolf Portals

Am I the only one that thinks $20K would be far better spent on a mid or long travel suspension system?
  11. Spare tire mount reinforcement kit now available from Ford Performance Parts

My RRW wheels weigh 19.5lbs each, so with a 37" KO2, my wheel and tire combination weighs about 4lbs less than the OEM wheel and 35" Goodyear, so I didn't really need the reinforcement kit to support additional weight. The goal and/or hope is to redistribute that weight across the plate and...
  12. Spare tire mount reinforcement kit now available from Ford Performance Parts

I paid $9.99 to have it shipped directly to me.
  13. Spare tire mount reinforcement kit now available from Ford Performance Parts

Purchased. Saved $46.50 with the code. After tax and shipping, $299.43.
  14. Fox HTO shocks

The HTO's are going to be comparable to the Eibach Stage 2 coilovers, and maybe some of Bilstein's mono-tube offerings. The HTO's might be an improvement for Bronco's without SAS, but the OEM Bilstein's and OEM Fox HOSS 3.0's have far better damping control and far better off-road capabilities...
  15. What happens to the 2024 Broncos/Raptors sitting on the dealership lots?

I purchased a second Bronco in October of 2023. This was during the time that dealers were unapologetically marking up Bronco's by $20K. Only one dealer in SoCal was willing to sell to me at MSRP, so when I see Bronco's on lots, and dealers suffering, I don't feel bad at all.
  16. Current base 6 speaker audio build + sway my subwoofer choice

The most important information missing is the sealed internal volume needed for your subwoofer, and whether or not it has a pole vent. The 10TW1 that JL uses has a mounting depth of 4.36, but the real reason they use that particular subwoofer for the Bronco Stealthbox is because it only...
  17. Factory head unit max volume level before clipping? Gonna set up a Kicker Keyloc and amp gains

I understand all of that. Just trying to figure out the integration. To recap, if you spliced your speaker levels into a single pair of RCA's, then you're running a 2-channel input configuration, in which case I assume you have your amplifiers input voltage set on high, input mode set on...
  18. Factory head unit max volume level before clipping? Gonna set up a Kicker Keyloc and amp gains

Technically, speaker-level inputs are also referred to as high-level inputs, but I will rephrase. What did you use to convert the factory speaker-level inputs to RCA inputs for the RD400/4? Normally, a LOC is used, but you may have used a wire to RCA adaptor.
