I didn't want to make a new thread about this but I did at least want to share...
I ordered the permanent hardware kit for mine, with the anodized washers. I wish I'd known that the actual mudflap kit already includes permanent hardware! It's only $9 for their add-on kit, but it's silly...
Excuse me, we don't talk about Sasquatch wheels/tires and throwing rocks. 😛
On topic, these wheels are way cool, definitely one of the best looking options for non-wide wheels. Simple, not flashy, and a good size. Good luck with the sale!
I was thinking about reaching out, but I'm too far and I'd have too hard of a time tracking down the rest of what I'd need. Not too bothered about the damage, personally.
But still, I'm surprised no offers. Hm.
This might be a long shot, but I'm looking for a spare wheel/tire carrier from a Sasquatch Bronco. As I understand it, the camera sticks out further and the wheel itself is held slightly closer to the tailgate.
I dont need the camera, third brake light, or any of the wiring, but I'm also not...
So far, the only option I've seen is that one from M&R. It looks nice and seems to fit well, and it seems like light output is decent as well. Unfortunately I don't think it throws light very far, so I'm going with ditch/spot lights as well.
Here's a video showing the light output from that...
The 10 speed seems to be a fine transmission if you want an automatic. But after spending a weekend in a rental Bronco with one, the thunk between gears at low speed turned me off of ordering one. It was significant enough for me that I was willing to give up the tech/off-road features and...
Interesting, mine doesn't release automatically. If I let the clutch out, you can hear it bog a bit but the brake doesn't release. I specifically tested this after the guide at Off-Roadeo said that it would release with the throttle on either transmission. (They also said not to do it...
It's very clear to me from the comments that the most important thing to remember is that your specific experience may vary! In general you can know what to expect, but some minor things may change.
Completely accurate on the Automatic-only, to my disappointment. Our guide encouraged us to...
Is it possible that someone with the exact same name bought a Bronco from their dealership this week? Sure. Is it likely? I can't say for sure, but the timing sure is convenient!
edit: I deleted the screenshots, because I did find a public profile for someone with the same name, who did...
If it makes you feel better, I was in a similar situation. I also bought from a smaller dealer in WI who only verbally committed to MSRP. My salesperson had left the dealership as well, so anything in writing was worthless anyway. I had a signed order sheet, but I changed my configuration via...
"If we don't have any communication from the customer, what are we supposed to do?"
I dunno... call them?
"When you order a vehicle like this, you have to be in constant communication. If somebody sees that you just drop off the face of the earth and you're not coming after your purchase...
I see no mention of the rear glass, which isn't in any of the pictures. This is the same price as the last one that sold here with no glass, although I think the buyer of that one had some trouble sourcing the parts and ended up buying them from Ford directly.
It's probably a fine deal, but it...
I suspect it's a Bestop Trektop, which Ford calls a "Retractable Full Soft Top" for $2480 added on at the time of order. Important note: If this is the one, it does not have glass windows.

I do like the M&R bar and I think it fits nicely, but I decided I didn't want to block the "medium risk" area shown in the bottom diagram. Should be fine on a Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, or Black Diamond though, since they all have bigger grill openings.
Of course, any bumper-mounted light...
No, you can see that the rear attaches above the windows of the hard top. There are aftermarket options that work with the top removed, and apparently some in development that use an "exoskeleton" that goes over the soft top.
Great prices. I wish I hadn't already bought some of this at higher prices.
Just a reminder for everyone, never send money for online item purchases via PayPal Friends and Family. The 4% fee stinks, but it will save you a world of headache if you ever needed PayPal to step in for any reason...
