Yes, but even so its a gamble. There is a huge difference to seeing a vehicle go for a crazy price on one of those TV auctions, and actually getting that much for your vehicle.

This isn't anything unusual. You have several things going against you here. First you have a high end model. You are competing against new and most people prefer to buy new for obvious reasons. New have better financing options, and when comparing prices you have to consider the incentives...

I never did understand all the hype about fog lights. Maybe there is something to it on the trail, but on the road they are useless and do not help in fog, rain, or snow.

You are not wrong but they will say they were test driving the vehicle. My point is legal action is unlikely to be successful or worth the trouble. OP's best option is to threaten to release the footage to the press and social media (my opinion). Also we are only hearing one side of the story...

2.3L is a good engine with plenty of power, but the new for 2025 does not have more power (both HP and torque) and it does not get better MPG. That said dual injection is a good thing.

The answer is simple, the take rate for the 2-door is small so its not worth it for them to offer a lot of options.
