  1. Ford charging 20k for a MIC hardtop outside 3/36k warranty

I would go aftermarket unless you can get the painted modular top. I was one of the first to get the TOR (Turn Offroad) top after being caught up in the ADV debacle. There were some issues but TOR's customer support was amazing. After several years I have no regrets, good solid top at a fair...
  2. 2027 Bronco adds Orange Fury color

I'm not a fan of reds either, but the Ford chili pepper looks fantastic in my opinion. The big problem with any of these tri-coat colors is if you have a fender bender you doubled the cost of paint repair which is already expensive. For this reason I avoid the tri or pearl coat colors.
  3. Lincoln To Get Bronco-Based Range Rover-Fighter

Honestly I could care less about Land Rover, Defender and G-Wagon. I love the back to the basics design of my lowly Base, and that it can be serviced anywhere without the big European tax. Even 4Runner (an ad just popped up on my screen!) has a crazy amount of fake plastic garbage on the front...
  4. 2023 Bronco Wildtrak Sasquatch Build – “Venom” -- Daily Driven | Desert Built | Oman

If you get buried in a stand slide they will be able to find you.
  5. First-year 2021 Bronco resale value

" newer models have some standard features that add value to the truck that were not available in 21 " True, but my 22 Base is factory equipped with the modular bumper, brush guard and aux switches. None of these options are available on a Base today. While these were not standard features...
  6. 2027 Bronco adds Orange Fury color

Hopefully Ford includes a Fury costume.
  7. Does anyone have car tires on their Bronco?

On a side note I vastly prefer the Base Bronco's manual seats over electric seats. The problem with electric seats is there are a million settings that make it more difficult to find the one that fits. With manual its quick and easy.
  8. Does anyone have car tires on their Bronco?

I get your point, but road testing for one or two days? Who does that? Most dealers aren't going to let you test drive for one or two days. You can get a good idea how it handles and rides in a typical 30 minutes test drive. I special ordered by Bronco back in 21, didn't test drive at all...
  9. Does anyone have car tires on their Bronco?

If yo Some vehicles may be worse than others, but my experience is its how well the seats fit your back and not so much the ride. The bronco has a pretty nice ride on the highway in my opinion.
  10. 2027 Bronco adds Orange Fury color

Do you think a few people on this forum is representative of the car buying public? For one thing the so called greys are anything but gray. Does Cactus Grey look grey? Hardly the case. Same for Marsh Grey which is my favorite color. They did have Cyber Orange the first couple years. I'm...
  11. Does anyone have car tires on their Bronco?

The Bronco is my first truck, my other cars are a Mazda6 (midsized sedan) and a Pontiac Vibe (Toyota Corolla). I don't find the Bronco harsh on the highway at all, and prefer it on long trips. The Bronco seats and upright seating position agree with me and I find it very comfortable. Its easier...
  12. So Why isn't this 2 Door Badlands Selling?

"Manual as 'rarely wanted'?" That is a true statement. Sure there is an enthusiast group that prefers manual but its a small group and has nothing to do with base models. You can get manual on Badlands. You don't see many manuals on dealer lots because few people want them so they don't order...
  13. So Why isn't this 2 Door Badlands Selling?

Well, sounds like you already know the answer. For $41K its competing against lower trim new models even without an accident. Throw in an accident and its a tough sell for sure. Someone may buy it looking for this unique combination, that is what they are holding out for.
  14. 6G Bronco got no soul.

On no another the Bronco needs a V8 thread! I like the sound of a nicely tuned V8 as much as the next guy, but the Bronco doesn't need a V8. Its not a sports car and its not a throwback car like Challenger. I had the turbo anxiety before I bought my Bronco, but after four years I'm very happy...
  15. On Top of Dash Control Push Buttons

On my Base they are for flashers, traction control and turn assist. On that last one not sure if I got the name right but its the feature where it locks the rear wheel so you can make a sharp turn. As for a locker I wanted it but it wasn't available on base. No regrets, it does a great job in...
  16. EPA deregulation to kill Auto Start Stop (ASS)?

This question should be directed at manufactures not dealers. Dealers will not hack the software or make non-authorized changes. Forescan doesn't have a legit way of turning off A.S.S, it does it by turning off other features and I would steer clear of it. The best way to disable A.S.S is the...
  17. UPDATE: Hardtops need to be redesigned! Cracking and bubbling on my second hardtop replacement

I agree you should have this option, and the ones I've seen at the dealer look great. I have a TOR (Turn Offroad) top and it has been great, good solid top. That is something to check out if all else fails.
  18. Messed with the 2026 Build & Price… man the colors are boring

I'm liking the marsh gray. I had a Pontiac Vibe with the rare lime green only offered the 1st 6 months of production. I loved it, but these kinds of colors don't go with Bronco, they just don't.
  19. Bronco depreciation

I'm in the same situation. My 22 Base has factory mod bumper and aux switches making it unique.
