I've been trying to mount a dash accessory to the 1/4"-20 thread in the center of the dash, but everything I mount ends up facing the left side of the car, 90 degrees. I don't quite know if that's a design flaw/defect with the dash threading, or if I just need differently threaded screws...

Just a note: The CG color is very dynamic, and it only looks a little minty in peak daylight, and when next to blue greys. The color is very hard to photograph accurately, and photos rarely do it justice. Almost everyone who has seen it in person has been floored by how well it actually looks on...

Hmm... The site I got that from for the 2021 f150 says it "simulates a steering input" to trick the system and prevent Auto Start/Stop (or as I like to refer to it, "ASS mode"). Can anyone else provide more info? I, too, would be concerned of losing battery management features, whatever that is...

I changed the double horn honk, driver seatbelt reminder chime, and auto start/stop. It's new ForScan software that they say is updated for new vehicle models. I don't think it's specific to the adapter.

Just a follow-up, I believe this is the right answer. Looking at the Tutorial doc from the F150 forums, I noticed this is the only adapter that's got a note for 2021 MY vehicles: So I've ordered it, and will give it a try tomorrow. Will report back results.
