  1. AR | SADDLEBAG Tailgate Modular Mount

When it gets deep it's not gonna matter how good that film is. Also just used two cam shackle straps to attach the boards this weekend, but would love something a little easier to install the boards + lockable.
  2. Basic Recovery Gear?

The modular front bumper has the recovery hooks on the front, however they do have a sharp edge to them so not ideal for soft shackles. Once Archetype racing (@EIGHTLUG) releases their front shackle in Carbonized Grey or Black I'll be picking those up and then using my soft shackles for the...
  3. North Carolina Off-Road

All of these maps are helpful for FS roads - specifically we've used the Grandfather district a bunch. Brown Mt. OHV is another rec. area that requires a pass and is pretty fun but the fire service roads around are equally as good. We went snow wheeling up to table rock mt. this past weekend...
  4. Ultimate Badlands Non-Sasquatch pics thread

We don't get snow too often in the Carolinas - so we took full advantage.
  5. Where is this A51 cooler from? I would like one too!

When we first got shipping notifications from labels being printed for the hammock, the OP of that thread also had a 22lb shipping label from the same company as the hammock. Turned out it was pre-printed in error. But there was a lot of guessing as to what weighed 22lbs - some internet...
  6. 4 wheel high vibration

Yes...until 4WP gives us some more information on those locking/free wheeling hubs...
  7. 4 wheel high vibration

4A is either 2H or 4H. It just automatically switches between the two based on slip conditions. So if driving in the snow it probably detects enough slip that it would be 4H most of the time. Think of 4A as good for greasy conditions where you may unexpectedly lose front end grip; you'd be...
  8. Ultimate Badlands Non-Sasquatch pics thread

It's such a dynamic color - direct sun / shade/ overcast / artificial light it looks completely different
  9. Picked up my new Area 51 4dr Badlands Non-SAS...ON MY ACTUAL BIRTHDAY!

Nope they're the optional rims for the Badlands. The rings are more of a carbonized grey than the silver and there's a slight difference in the details...and only 33" tires.
  10. Picked up my new Area 51 4dr Badlands Non-SAS...ON MY ACTUAL BIRTHDAY!

Looks perfect to me! Also have a 4dr hardtop A51 Badlands w/ optional wheels
  11. Swapping Coyote V8 into my Bronco. Will front and rear diff need to be rebuilt?

Nope - part of why you can't even swap a Bronco PCM to Bronco PCM (or any of the ~19 computers) w/out being a dealer is for car security. All the Modules have to have a handshake between each other before a key FOB will work. Back in the early FOB days could just use your junkyard PCM / key -...
  12. New Brembo Brakes Upgrade coming soon!

There's no RDE (Real Drive Emissions) in the US (for now). So the emissions tests are only run on chassis rolls. Yes, you use the brakes to drive profile on the chassis rolls - but the vehicle would be in DFSO (Decel Fuel Shut Off) and running plenty of Vacuum. I think this is manufacturer...
  13. Ultimate Badlands Non-Sasquatch pics thread

Eh it's not ideal but you get used to it. Plus the whirring makes me feel like I'm piloting the Millenium Falcon
  14. 80 MPH Winds Tests Limits of Bronco Soft Top

Honestly surprised they didn't stop in CO on their way through. But sounds like they had a deadline.
  15. 80 MPH Winds Tests Limits of Bronco Soft Top

    Definitely a deep cut.
  16. 80 MPH Winds Tests Limits of Bronco Soft Top

80 MPH Headwind + 70MPH Driving = 150 MPH wind. I'm not too concerned. And I think the windshield broke not because the wind was blowing, but WHAT the wind was blowing.
  17. Leaning in to orange accents

Got it off Amazon - the “golden rod” color matches very well. Much better than most paracord neon oranges. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0916JKW33/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_ESR7E5KH8GRYB2Y3S6BA?psc=1
  18. Leaning in to orange accents

Braiding wasn’t too bad. ~30 min per handle. Need ~18ft of paracord.
  19. Leaning in to orange accents

Made these the other day. Doesn’t interfere with the airbag and added grommets to not worry about sheet metal fraying the cord.
  20. Step / Nerf bar recommendations

See I like that they can be removed. And the shins argument is the same as if you miss-step on any nerf bar. Personally the only one I'm considering so far is the RTR which isn't really a step but want to make sure it's frame mounted.
