The card in the fuse box is not for the keypad.
The keypad number will not be located anywhere in the vehicle.
If you lost the original card and don’t have the number, only a dealership can retrieve it.

It’s completely unbolt-able. Not welded in anywhere.
The whole thing is like a big K shape, because it’s all part of the transmission cross member.

Can confirm. I put auto hold on my 22, and without the seat belt buckled, it will not allow me to toggle auto hold.
Same goes for if I’m driving and I remove my seat belt, auto hold will deactivate and no longer work until it’s buckled back up 🤷‍♂️
It was not fixed for all 2024 broncos, which is why the SSM is for 2021-2024. If 2024’s were already fixed, it wouldn’t include them lol

Phaser rattle only lasts for 3-5 seconds in 99.9% of cases. So if the sound you're hearing is lasting a few minutes, that would also lead me to believe it's something else.
