I’m not sure what the gauge goes to on a Bronco Raptor, I just know 28-30 psi is more than a Bronco with a FP tune should make.
Maybe it spiked so quickly it was hard to tell exactly what it was at? I think most Braptors will make ~23 psi max on the FP tune. 28-30 I think you would probably be...
Do you mean 18-20? Because there’s no way it’s making 28-30 on a FP tune lol
Also just remember that even with the FP tune, there is still a TON of torque management built in preventing very hard acceleration off the line. The only way to get rid of that is a custom tune
If you open the door prior to turning it off, will it set the parking brake? I don’t have a manual, but I know the 10R will do something similar if you open the door still in gear IIRC
The 25+ have a completely different windshield camera set up.
So while it may be possible, I’m not sure what all you’d need to change.
I actually need to get mine replaced because I have a crack all the way across it. So might be something I look into soon.
Taking it apart and greasing it is just going to be a temporary repair similar to replacing the shaft.
If you really want to solve it, I’d look into an aftermarket shaft.
Should have the Motorcraft part numbers listed, and the minimum specifications of the oil you need to use:
XO-5W30-Q1SP is synthetic blend
XO-5W30-Q1FS is full synthetic
Holy thread revival lol
No issues with the EGR on broncos or F150’s. If there was going to be one, we probably would’ve already seen it.
Wet oil pump belt is the same. Extremely rare to see one fail. They all develop cracks which is normal, but I can’t say I’ve ever seen one with chunks...
