  1. Best side bars without removing rock rails?

Keep in mind, our EZ-steps were the first to market and (still) 100% Made in the USA! :flag: EVERYTHING else you see in the market is a copy and made somewhere else 🇨🇳
  2. Finally capable bumper mods??? Another AOAA video drop! Peep some mods in the video...

From our trip to AOAA in PA a little while back. The 2-door has a capable bumper with some prototype parts on it. We didn't have the bull bar on at this time because we were still keeping it low-key at the time. The fat cat will be out of the bag early next year! Butt-Puckery hooning in the 2-door
  3. Mabett shop is it legit

Neither, it's an imported item from an overseas manufacturer. All of our I-line and other look-alikes all come from the same place.
  4. Turn Off Road Modular Baja Bull Bar

Kinda figured that. We really worked that area to make it easier to bolt down.
  5. Turn Off Road Modular Baja Bull Bar

How much fun is it to put those front outer screws in?
  6. Shackle sizing - 7/8" pin in 1" hole - will this rattle like mad?

I think most non-rated (not for overhead lifting) recovery shackles you come across will be the 3/4" variety with 7/8" pins. The rubber washers are used to keep the rattling at a minimum. I wouldn't trust a 1" bumper hole for a 1" pin just for the fact that the bumper hole would have to be...
  7. Turn Off Road Modular Baja Bull Bar

I don't have the pricing unfortunately. The marketing team will post that when the product listing goes up.
  8. What side steps are these?

The Bronco equipped versions don't have 'Raptor' on them. To my knowledge, no one is making 'Bronco' badged bolt-on-rock-rail running boards. I don't believe anyone is making the rock rails with threaded inserts either. Those are the OEM options.
  9. Turn Off Road Modular Baja Bull Bar

Correct, this will be our IAG Offroad line made in the USA alongside our steps, skids, AOS and other products.
  10. Turn Off Road Modular Baja Bull Bar

I really wish I did  Once we get cleaned up from BFCM sales, It will hit production. I expect it will be released in January.
  11. Update “Modular” front bumper bolts stuck

The heads of those bolts should have more than enough height to get a good set of vise grips on it. Could also try penetrating oil from the backside of the rivet nut. Meanwhile, you'll need to buy new ones from the dealer or order M8x1.25 screws/bolts for replacement. As others have mentioned...
  12. Mudflaps (yes I've searched and can't find a good answer)

They aren't identical, but they are the same shape. And yes, they are flush with SAS flares, so do stick out a little on the narrower flares. If you are willing to wait until early next year, we will have a solution for the narrower fitment.
  13. Testing the IAG skids at AOAA, New video drop!

He certainly is, was such a great experience for our crew!
  14. Testing the IAG skids at AOAA, New video drop!

We had alot of fun and learned alot as well on this outing. Mainly showcasing the IAG Rock Armor Skids. @9:00, you can get a look at our new HD lower trailing arm mount skid. Now before you comment, I know these are light duty hits. I've seen what some of you have put our skids through...
  15. Transmission skid plate installed

I can confirm on the trans heat question. We tested our Raptor with and without full belly skids and saw no change in temps on back to back 100 degree days.
  16. HD Modular Bumper now available from Ford Performance Parts

AFAIK, the only difference with the raptor Mod bumper is the end-caps. They don't intrude into the wheel opening quite as far.
  17. 2025 OEM Step Options

We do that! We are also working on a design that uses the Raptor style rock rails for those that opt for that package. I feel the hoop steps are the least attractive option, and while they are removeable, it's not a quick affair compared to the EZ-Steps. Interesting that they more than doubled...
