I'm a old guy with old ways. What are thoughts about when to make a 1st drain and change of rear differential oil with modern vehicles?

Are tires considered "accessories?"

we installed these last week. They mount on existing screws and since they swing freely and made of soft flexible nylon, I do not see that they would affect airbag. They help with getting in and are worth their price.

OK, all good advice coming in. I'd appreciate to hear from others as tires are such an expensive purchase. I am new to true off road and I do not have much knowledge about many brands that are not in the passenger and AT category.

I searched and found info on mud and snow but my question is about punctures. We live on a gravel road but hope to do trails next spring and summer that are very rocky....not boulders, just 3-5 inch rocky trails. Our various AT tires handle gravel well but where we want to go is much rougher...

Is the Bronco 2.7 turbo oil cooled? My "thought I knew" is that all Ecoboost's are oil cooled. That makes cool down a little more important, but I've never ran one red hot.

Thank you We removed our Black Diamond rails to install steps......we know we needed steps and maybe one day will need rails.....so the compromise...... Would love to go there.

70 mph is planeted, zero twitch but it changes lanes quickly. If you try you could flip it, roll it, destroy it. It is tall and short......but very stable. Washboard roads are noticably better handled than my F150 4x4. We drove some unimproved roads and it is sooo fun to have such a short...

Black Diamond factory rails are pretty easy to work with. A 5 gallon bucket or 2 holds it up at a good level. Laying on your back using a knee up at one end helps to lift the rails into the mount holes. I'm an old greybeard and while it is not "easypeasy" it is not necessarily a 2 person job.
