Did you have manual locking hubs? I do on my wrangler, lock when I leave the house but I also dont have to stop to shift from 2H to 4H.
  2. Highway speeds in 4H - did I hurt my transmission?

Do like I had my wife do before she drove it in the snow. Read the section in the manual.
  3. Wireless charging pad DIY install hack

Just wait till you guys see what I created in cad. Now if I can just finish building my 3d printer so I can do a test print and check for fitment. This project alone had me learn cad, buy and build a 3d printer and teach myself everything lol. All while working 70+hrs a week.
  4. Highway speeds in 4H - did I hurt my transmission?

Huh? How do you think I get to work in the Colorado winters and mountains taking the interstate. I drive in 4H whether it be my wrangler or my f150.
  5. Full Range to rear speakers

Never had an issue on my f150 regarding forscan but that’s also why I back up my files before and after changing. That way I can revert to factory settings if needed before it goes in and revert back after its home from dealership. But again, never encountered the issue with Ford. With jeep yes...
  6. Anyone hardwire a dashcam ?

Fuse #29 for constant hot, #35 for ignition. Need to pick up micro2 fuse-taps. Found on amazon. Grounding screw can be found under the steering column as well to the right of the fuse box.
  7. Full Range to rear speakers

Yep. I dont have confidence in 3 Ford & 2 Jeep dealerships here in the denver area, even for basic crap. Hopefully this can still be sorted out.
  8. Aux Upfitter Overhead Switches installed! - DIY writeup instructions & photos

Yes. Much easier to do that than do what I did and only make a set of them hot. You have the option to make switches 1-4 hot or 5-6 or all. First time I mistakenly wired 1-4 hot when I was trying for 5-6. I had the diagrams and pinouts in front of me too. I blame it on the wife as thats when she...
  9. Full Range to rear speakers

Not sure where you live, but going to a dealership around here is like beating your head on a desk all day. Hell, challenging enough to get a dealership to properly cut & program a key fob. Doesn't matter if its Jeep or Ford.
  10. Rockslide Engineering Steps - GROUP BUY has started!

Interesting, according to this mine have shipped but I haven't received any alert.
  11. Aux Upfitter Overhead Switches installed! - DIY writeup instructions & photos

Kind of like when the wife came out to the garage and found her couple week old 4dr BL in this condition and asked me…”I thought you were just installing a dashcam?” I was but I wanted to see where everything was while I was doing it. Not to mention I went ahead and wired switches 5&6 to be hot...
  12. Installing overhead aux switches after sales?

Ive had my a-pillars trim & windshield trim removed at least 3 times now and have some pics. But then again, I have the lux and switches, so my wiring may vary from those without. There is a single harness connection on each a-pillar.
  13. Question about the dash mounted USB from LUX

I have installed usb ports (dual usb-c/usb-a) on the outside of my camper trailer. Just pick up marine grade ports that have the o-ring seals and dust caps and you’ll be fine.
  14. Question about the dash mounted USB from LUX

I would just drill a whole and go aftermarket. Nothing special about this one. Wouldn't you have the drill the hole anyways to install the factory one?
  15. Full Range to rear speakers

Here I was getting excited after flip got it to work to only find out it wasn’t the B&O system.
  16. Full Range to rear speakers

Had it in surround since it left the dealership. 3k miles later…the B&O system still sucks. This coming from my wife who is not the one in our household who typically upgrades audio in vehicles.
