  1. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

You know I was super frustrated with the whole situation, but honestly icon is really trying to step up. Kudos to them standing behind their product.
  2. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

    Isn’t that a personal matter?
  3. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Yeah, I added on mine because I do a lot of desert/sand driving and don't want to damage my fenders. I actually was thinking about removing the sas flares when I go out.
  4. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

When I was at the facility on Tuesday, we talked about the bump stop spacers, you may want to add them as they said the tire could blow out/dent your fenders at times depending on off road conditions. here is the part numbers.
  5. Jerry can mount build.

    It’s available right now.
  6. Flicka, the 2 Door Iconic Silver Bronco on polished revolver mags wheels

That suspension looks great! I'm stoked it came out the way it did; the wheels really look awesome!
  7. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

CDEV in my limited experience has been cool, the computer calculates the G effects and adjusts as needed when cornering laterally and vertically. I haven't had a chance to take them out on the trail yet as I wasn't comfortable until I got the tierod issues cleared up. I also still need to...
  8. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Wow, that's crazy, what trim do you have? Did you install them yourself? Even before the fix mine was never that bad. is it only like that at full droop? I will get some photos tomorrow at full droop to see what mine are like.
  9. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

No issues with the hoses in front, hard to see in this pic but there is a gap.I had some issues with the hoses in back but that was due to my frame mounted sliders.
  10. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

I think a thin sleeve would work maybe even the chaos one. Broncobuster would be tight. I honestly am not going to brace, I’m content to let the tie rod break rather than my rack.
  11. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

I went to the icon facility in riverside today, they added the fix to my bronco. I’m happy to report at full lock I am not touching the springs. I want to shout out to the team at Icon for the assistance, while I’m sure we can all agree this is not exactly what we signed up for, I’m glad to see...
  12. Badges?

    Here is what I did.
  13. Icon 2.5 adjustable coilover install (Self Squatch)

That’s the set I got (Cdev) and my stock tie rods with no sleeve still rub the spring. I think they just screwed the pooch on these and didn’t account on variation of trim or worse just went to market with a defective product that they apparently knew about before launch. I’m really disappointed...
  14. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

I second his sentiments. If the fix is not 100% I would also like a path for full refund as promised above.
  15. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Well his is not an isolated incident, here is my tie rod with out a sleeve making contact and taking chucks out of my springs. Icon should be ashamed that this is even happening. But worse I’m ashamed that I spent $7k+ on these to make my bronco inferior . The only silver lining is my wife isn’t...
  16. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Looks like we have the same problem.
  17. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Are those photos taken with wheel turned fully out?
  18. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Yeah I’m super pissed! I would avoid these until Icon addresses these issues.
