Thanks!
Now that it's getting cooler down here and I have my mods done (with the exception of the methanol injection). I'm going to try a few dragy passes again. Wish me luck.
Thanks for the advice everyone. I went back and looked at each joint taking it apart and wiping it clean and then spent more time making sure each one had the proper engagement.
No problems so far including some 20+PSI runs.
Thanks again.
Has anyone else had a problem with their CVF charge pipes not staying connected?
I have yet to go more than 3-miles without one Blowing Apart. It's a different one every time. I am not impressed with the clamps that came with the kit. Thinking about changing all the clamps. Am I just a dumb-a$$...
Looks like a couple of 2" dia. gauges would fit down there and make a clean install. The location, for me, however, is to low and out of line of sight. I don't want to take my eyes of of the trail/road for more than a second or less to get a reading.
I'm very interested in how you would integrate the gauges. I want them in a location where they can be seen with just glance of the eye. Please share your ideas.
Copper is a “no go” for me. Nylon tube is second only to braided hose.
LOL. Nope no vacuum. These were gauges I had left over from a bygone project. I have a boost only gauge on order
Yeah, it’s all I could find that would hide all the wires and plumbing. I’m thinking of just painting it...
