  1. Limp mode while towing my trailer

Yes, but it does no good if you leave the tuner at home……along with the Jerry jug of e85.šŸ˜‘
  2. Limp mode while towing my trailer

Yes I know I shouldn't have put 93 in but it was that or walk.... Actual code is P0299 and P0111
  3. Limp mode while towing my trailer

While towing my trailer home from the hunting lease my Bronco went into limp-mode. I'm wondering since I have the ZFG e85 tune and I had to fill up with questionable 93 octane gas during the trip, if that could cause the problem? I tried disconnecting the battery for a while, which reset things...
  4. Ditching CAI filter box

I think I have the same issue. I really wasn't sure if the bog was just in my mind or actually happening so maybe it really is happening.....My mind has played tricks on me before:wink:
  5. Ditching CAI filter box

Very interesting. I have the Whipple Stage 1 cooler which is bigger than most but obviously not as large as the CVF. We are supposed to have our first 100deg day today so I'm curious as to the effect that will have.
  6. Ditching CAI filter box

Good idea! I too am curious about the short ram intakes. Keep us informed like you always do!

  8. Ditching CAI filter box

  9. Q about ZFG and ECU

What.... it's over?!?!! I just popped another bag of corn....
  10. Q about ZFG and ECU

If you are willing to make most of the other bolt-on mods and willing to run e85 fuel then you will not be disappointed. My 0-60 times are in the high fours and the torque below the curve is amazing. The shifting of the trans also makes a big difference. Once you do this mod you will never want...
  11. Q about ZFG and ECU

I have the ZFG ECU swap. I don't know for sure that you can just plug and play the old unit back in. Adam at ZFG will be able to tell you for sure. I will say that if you are worried about going back to the dealer then this probably isn't the mod for you.
  12. 2.7 tune - options?

I think so, I haven’t had time to run the dragy yet. My test road is blocked off for construction. But my butt dyno says it’s faster. I just installed the GPE manifold and t-body plus the boomba spacers today. I’ll post results tomorrow if I can.
  13. 2.7 tune - options?

I Second ZFG racing. Awesome service and performance.
  14. 2.7 charge pipes + whipple intercooler

I have the Whipple IC and I also have CVF charge pipes. They all fit together perfectly.
  15. 0-60 in 4 Seconds - My 2.7 Bronco Performance Modification Thread

I will try to do this, but I'm not really sure how to go about it getting it out of the tuner. I really appreciate your input.
  16. 0-60 in 4 Seconds - My 2.7 Bronco Performance Modification Thread

It’s not functional yet. But I live in Texas it gets hot in the summer 100+.
  17. 0-60 in 4 Seconds - My 2.7 Bronco Performance Modification Thread

My build is in my signature. I do have a RC winch on the front and a DV8 full roof rack. I launch in Sand mode, traction control off, manual mode in 2nd gear and move it to auto. Power brake to 2,700rpm +/-.
  18. 0-60 in 4 Seconds - My 2.7 Bronco Performance Modification Thread

Yes but I’m not and I’m disappointed. It’s not much quicker than the Whipple stage 1-tune i had.
  19. 0-60 in 4 Seconds - My 2.7 Bronco Performance Modification Thread

Next attempt on my 4-second 0-60 run. 5.08 is my best run so far. Ported T-body and intake manifold with Boomba spacers on both.
