"similar vehicles in status" count is tracking down. I haven't seen this before. Its always gone up in prior weeks. For me, it was 817 last night, 805 this morning, 800 an hour ago, 793 just now...
This might be good news for the backlog of "in production" vehicles.... or it could just be...
Its got to be the Tow package. Mines been in same status in the 8/1 group. I can't take "Tow" off my build as i tow to the lake frequently and want to factory package...
I watched a field, "... vehicle in similar build..." in trackerapp steadily increase day to day since I went to blend on 8/2...
Defender is a segment I don't think Ford was targeting: Perceived Luxury.
Defender is for posers, divorced women, and people that can pair a wine with chartreuse and brie cheese. Those that are not likely to change their minds to a US built vehicle regardless of quality, performance, or...
Great looking bumper. Couple of confirmation q's:
- This is not a hidden winch design, correct? That's TBD and stay tuned, correct?
- The front camera view is not obstructed and the adaptive cruise sensor functions as designed?
From the description:
"Plus the Steel Bender Front Bumper is...
The original design and styling of Land Rover vehicles are appealing. But, quality and reliability have gone downhill since Tata Motors out of India took over.
A fellow just took delivery of Wildtrak in HRP with tow... Haven't seen many Broncos in HRP's fully loaded like a WT or BL actually get released. This is from the week ahead of our week. (7/29). This is promising. I'm Badlands in HRP with tow.. Their is no constrained part build difference in...
Maybe the color, HPR, is the issue with the delay.... Its a premium cost color. Maybe they are seeing issues with it... Of all the Broncos I've seen, Its the one color I have NOT seen on the streets.
Still waiting on a build and transit status and still in-production: (description of build in signature line)
I tried the Ford chat and was connected to a nice gal, named Mary. (I always think of Andrew Dice Clay when I hear the name, "Mary"... Nursery rhymes will never the the same after...
I'm in the same status. Perpetual in-production with an 8/1 blend... Similar build to yours with Lux, Sas, HPR. I got the 2.7 and Towing. I know towing was constrained. Does your order have towing?
Have to tried the Ford Chat to check status?
Love their channel. But, a couple things to keep in mind:
- they are vested in Jeep builds. e.g. I'm a MS Windows guy; Gonna take a lot to move me to a MAC.... Although I hear they are much better...
- they are due for a new jeep... and have said that....Would not be surprised if a new one shows...
F*ck. I should of bought a Raptor...
But, when Ford made the conversion offer, they couldn't deliver a pizza... much less a high end vehicle....So, I stuck w/ the mere Badlands....
Video was great. Love the Starbuck speaker as he's driving away after placing that rediculous order...."you gotta...
"Similar vehicles in status" = 706
I've been watching this number increase each day.
I wonder what part they are waiting on for these 706+ vehicles... Tow Package maybe? Anyone else not hear anything since your 8/1 blend day?
I hope you are right. I check status of my 8/1 build to see if it moved out of "in production" daily and it hasn't changed... Other than the quantity of builds of similar status are increasing daily....
Wondering if they are starting to stack up.... What will we call this version of dirt...
Just perused the May build/blend post. Many of these people are just taking delivery this week.... 2.5 months after their blend date.... My Labor Day target delivery hopes are diminishing....
My understanding is they will not expire as long as you have some type of activity within a 365 day period. i.e. use some or earn some more.
I got Bronco credit card that earns points. I use it on occasion and my points should not expire.... at least that's what i read in their FAQ.
8/1 blend. Tracker indicates 8/2 build... But I haven't moved to "built or shipped" yet. Concerned I'm stuck at "in production" purgatory...
Meanwhile, I'm in Tampa on business and seeing Broncos everywhere. Very popular here. Noticed all the dealers have several on their lots... Then again...
Add a fuel pump relay switch. $10. Easy and reliable. Chrisfix has a great video on YT.
With new cars frequently hitting $60k and parts running scarce, the 1980's days of steal and strip are coming back.
