That stuff is seriously overbearing, credit ford for making a 35" tire track a flat road like an arrow, but Im driving and I have to input a little chicane just to get my gauge cluster back.
Its quite annoying, Id love to get rid of it... can forscan do that?
ya know... never having had it before... I thought it would bother me more than it does. I intended to get a defeat device or forscan or whatever. but I havent cared.
of course the $4.50 for gas kinda has me flipping on eco mode these days too...
maybe.
its a lot of weight on the flange, I suspect it would take a lot of padding to not bend the metal. The bag does prevent scratches as you set it down at least.
I mean... Im 5'10, but maybe I have short arms. I pulled out the ladder, its hard to reach still positioned outside the fenders.
Im imagining a scaffolding setup.
any tips?
suprisingly easy to remove.
not hard to put back on... but it is like 45lbs or something if I was guessing, at an ackward height, and the damn connecting cable likes to hang directly in your view of the lower hinge.
well luckily I have not noticed it since then, but I also havent idled much like I was at the time. so not sure. but the engine hasnt exploded, so thats good.
not sure that helps with unlocking the 2nd row. They do not have passive unlock capabilities like the front doors do.
I guess I could disable the autolock feature, though that would be nice if it did it automatically when the front doors are off, as I would want it to be on when the doors...
Like... the car locks the doors automatically when you drive, but the unlock button is on the front doors.
so that only leaves the key fob, is that the only way in? or am I missing something stupid.
it struck me strange too. just because I was driving, then the engine turns off, then it turns on when I shift to park, then I turn the car off.
its not a problem, just seems like the engine could stay off while in park unless it needs to be on for HVAC or electric power etc.
this is not normal behavior. I suspect you may notice an odd hitch in the brake pedal when you start the car and these warnings pop up. I had the same thing.
took it in, they "reseated a connector".
It did not resolve the issue, but it seems to happen in cold weather and as the weather has...
try the lincoln black label leather... As best as I can tell, its the finest hide money can buy.
In any case, i went leather for power seats.
Im not sure if you can actually "hose down" the MGV. the material might be water resistant, but the cushions are not, recipe for mold right there. I...
the guys at uhaul were skeptical, but luckily... it fits with zero room to spare.
Raptor owners do not attempt
dont mind the oil can, ran out of space everywhere.
I used the 0 offset hitch and instantly found out that you cant clear the spare tire...
not sure if a 4" drop or 6" drop might be most appropriate with a squatch
