It actually requires the compressor to be on. I have the single ARB switch powering both the compressor and the pressure control kit.
The ARB pressure regulating valve, part of the kit, has an exhaust port to release pressure. Even when using the kit to inflate, the compressor will stop a...
For deflating, you still connect the hoses in the same manner as if you are inflating the tires, but the Pressure Control Kit will allow the air to escape and will automatically stop when the tires reach the desired PSI.
Ah yes, duh. My brain was very slow Friday.
Thank you both, I will install with the supplied hardware. Probably not worth fabricating sleeves that fit perfectly.
I don't believe the bumper will be able withstand the forces involved. I suggest buying the Tricky Motorsports Frame Horn Reinforcement Kit. I haven't installed mine yet but am considering sourcing longer bolts to simplify things and maybe take advantage of some double shear action.

This is what I was thinking about as well, but couldn't remember the name.
BTW, your link has an extra 'h' on the end. Should be...

Mount it under the steering column. The 575 fits perfectly and you can hear the base unit's speaker.
Edit: Just realized you have a 275. Not sure if that model has a speaker in both the handset and the base or just the handset.
I think that's just the floor mat covering the bottom portion of the dead pedal. The pics on the site show that is significantly longer than what we can see in @Ground_zero298's photo.
This makes too much sense for Ford to include it. I don't think anyone has figured it out via FORScan, but I may be wrong.
I wish it would stay on when switching between forward and reverse. If I need jack access from both sides while in my driveway, I have to be pretty close to center. I'll...
Hmmm, mine does it whether or not the rear locker is engaged. Additionally, if it was the rear locker I don't think it would only occur in 4L.
Also, doesn't sound like it's coming from the rear. Sounds like it is coming from the area around the transfer case.
Every 7MT I have been around, including mine does the same thing in 4L. I don't have a reason for it, just know that it does it. I have not heard of anyone complaining about damage due to the noise.
You are correct that this is different than the other transmission grinding that some owners hear.
I ran a 2/0 awg wire through the grommet/nipple that Ford recommends. I used a flexible right angle extension on the drill to get the bit down there.
In the cargo area I split the 2/0 to two 1/0 gauge cables. One feeds the amp and the other feeds my battery bank.
The front driver side and the rear passenger side on my Bronco look like that. The rear was ripped off by a tree, but it sounded like sheet metal damage when it happened. The front was loosened when I bumped into a different tree and then flew off last week at some point. Just like you, I did...
