  1. Updated Dates for 2021 Bronco Order Acceptance (Jan 19), Scheduling and Start of Production (May 3)

CO is on ranger and Cactus (Fighter Jet) is on the Mustang Mach 1. Probably both still relatively limited.
  2. Compared to a Defender - some general thoughts and concerns.

He basically began his career by making fun of his range rover's reliability and taking advantage of a crazy warranty on it with CarMax. He has a fondness for them though, so hats off to him for knowing what he's getting into.
  3. Compared to a Defender - some general thoughts and concerns.

I think it really is a matter of investing in capability/durability/open air experience or comfort/rarity and quirkiness/image. Folks really ought to add at least a few $1000 for a serious warranty on the Rover. A Bronco/Wrangler are significantly different from the typical luxury SUV grocery...
  4. Compared to a Defender - some general thoughts and concerns.

I feel like you ripped these thoughts directly out of my brain, other than the fact that I have a pretty early reservation. Have thought pretty much the exact same thing. A few things. The Defender will be: much nicer/ quieter to be inside of and drive long distances in more rare, and more...
  5. Video: 2021 Ford Bronco ordering Q&A

Did everyone else read this with a Kanye voice? “...all that FLA-nnel”
  6. Video: 2021 Ford Bronco ordering Q&A

So if I get a late production date (despite a day 1 res), how effed am I if I decide to back out? How much of a deposit do I have to light on fire? It’d be nice to know when I can actually expect the vehicle before getting roped into a deposit. Personally, I finished a lease this fall and we’ve...
  7. Road Testing Timeline?

There were early videos / some ride alongs as early as the reveal, but full unbiased driving reviews would be nice... From the sound of things from the Q&A at the latest reveal event, the product isn't even really fully finalized yet (colors/trims may be changing, etc.), but not sure if that...
  8. Which green would you like to see on Bronco?

Any green? The guard that's already offered on the F-150? The green I'm inevitably going to have added with my wrap? Someone also recently posted this (Porsche's Oak Green):
  9. LAST CALL: Badlands 33” vs. 35” (Pros & Cons) Worth the upgrade to 35” tires?

For anyone who is brand new to wheeling (like me), I found this video to be really useful/ practical for thinking about 33s vs 35s. I love the look of the 35s, the wider stance and wheel arches, etc., but practically I like to drive in a “spirited manner” on the road day-to-day.
  10. So the dash is grey now?

I've been considering a WildTrak for the brown interior as I think it might be more important to me than the swaybar disco on the Badlands. This despite my firm belief that the Badlands is the true Rubicon fighter that won't face as much real internal competition from the coming Warthog. All...
  11. Is anyone considering waiting for the Warthog instead of getting a BL or WC when Ford starts shipping them?

The struggle is real- I hear you! I've also had a few tickets in the past few years so cars that are fun while driven slowly have a significant draw to them...
  12. Is anyone considering waiting for the Warthog instead of getting a BL or WC when Ford starts shipping them?

Personal car advice question for you: I have 2 kids (4 and 2 years old). I have a new XC90 for family / dog hauling. I had leased a 340i to wait for the new M3, which is now decidedly hideous, and after turning in the lease I now no longer have any second car at all, so I've got to get...
  13. 2021 Bronco Parts & Accessories Guide (Including Pricing & Part Numbers)

Pretty much looks like what's in the build and price plus a few smaller goodies? Wonder where those roto pax mounts go...
  14. Footage of the 360 camera view with winch!

Is this confirmed? Do we know the source?
  15. Footage of the 360 camera view with winch!

I also have a problem with my build. It looks like the sensor for the automatic cruise control is just below the winch as well, so it seems like having a functional front camera, working auto cruise, and a winch is not going to be a thing.
  16. Defending Fords decision for the CG MIC Hard top

I think the bigger advantage over the Jeep roof is that the color is "molded in". Wrangler's roofs are always getting scratched and knocked around (as they should be), except that under the outer paint is bright white plastic. When it gets scratched, it looks beat up very quickly.
  17. Washout interior is a fail!!!

    Defender:
  18. Ford Co-Pilot 360 ranks 3rd best overall according to Consumer Reports

Would be nice to have a solid video review of the system to actually see it with my own eyes. Without challenging Consumer Reports' honesty, I do think that they typically grade cars like they would a toaster or a washing machine. Their ratings rarely reflect what real auto journalists think...
