If you're ready to unplug from the Matrix:
1. Ford recently announced that reservation timestamp will have much less of an impact on delivery of Broncos for MY22, and instead will favor larger dealers much more, allocating broncos based on historical dealer sales.
This "changes the rules" that...
Literally just posted on another thread that we need a dogs group. Broncos really are amazing for ease of cleaning up after all the animals in our lives: fur from the furry ones, and cheez its from the human ones. Minivans should come standard with wash out floors.
Winston’s eagerly awaiting...
You guys are making me relive that experience. How naive I was thinking “ehh so the site’s down…just check in in the morning.”
Haha- good times! Simpler times.
They're giving out a credit for exactly the value of that change. Overall, it's an opportunity to save money if you don't want it, but should'nt be a cost difference if you do want it.
Does Badlands still come with rock rails? Not seeing them in the image and not seeing the option on Wildtrak. Did they get creative trying to shed weight (and cost)?
I'm really confused by this given that badlands has the least additional equipment needed to go full "sasquatch". They might be doing this to push people to just go Wildtrak to simplify production, or to extract $$$ from people buying higher trims.
Edit: More detail in the thread here.
Took the daughter by the lot today and confirmed I could take delivery on a Defender order by Jan of next year and found some decent CPO options too. I love the comfort and specialness/ quirkiness they bring, and they have some very cool customizability and options. Would be less fun without...
I really doubt they'd pull the rockrails off the badlands. It does sound like they're doing something creative with the GVWR for MY22, but that would be pretty shocking.
To be clear all of these images are generating directly on Ford's site when priming it with the correct model year and color code? So these images exist and are uploaded on Ford's server, but aren't yet accessible through normal navigation on the site?
If so there's every reason in the world to...
Love this hypothetical. $50k car for an enthusiast on a waitlist vs loaf of bread for starving family. Clearly two different scenarios, but why?
So the conversation now has moved away from legality and into morality (which everyone is sure to disagree about, and that’s okay). Just want to state...
“He has already stated the seller refuses to sell him the car, thus he has no signed contract.”
Strong logic there. Utterly impossible for anyone to ever walk away from a binding agreement that they previously signed. If they refuse to make the transaction there was never a binding agreement in...
Yes, cowman, this. Not sure what the standard would be for them to claim this to exit the contract- a screengrab of the ebay listing with a VIN would be pretty rock solid, but simply stating that he told them that he was going to resell the car could possibly be enough. I have no idea.
Looking...
