  1. OEM Rock Rail fitment on 2022 2 door Wildtrak?

Original owners often don't realize that they left part of the rail on their bronco. You may have a hard time finding the brackets, since they aren't sold separately.
  2. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

If you installed the optional swaybar spacer on badlands/sasquatch, those are used on the two forward bolts between the factory skid plate and cross member. They are referred to as washers (1" x 0.505" x 0.375") in the swaybar kit instructions (no photo). The rear bolts go directly into the...
  3. ICON Complete Coilover Suspension Systems (Stages 3 through 8)

Post photos. If semi-circular, they are probably the bump stop spacers for 37" tires. There are instructions for them online or look at earlier posts. If rectangular, they are probably optional spacers for the swaybar to improve clearance (see 4 posts back).
  4. Front End Torque Specs

service manual says 159ft-lb, tightened under load at ride height
  5. Is Zero Offset Proper fitment for Sasquatch?

Yes, centerline. Width also affect the sidewall shape. Yes, when the wheel is facing straight ahead. When turning, the clearance is more complicated and higher backspace can be worse. For example, 37x12.50 17x8.5+12 is fine with only minor crash bar stub trim, but the same 37x12.50 tire on...
  6. Is Zero Offset Proper fitment for Sasquatch?

Clearance issues likely with 13.50. You should also indicate wheel width for best feedback (+0 offset is not enough info).
  7. 2022 Bronco performance package

That is a Roush product, not ford. Ford Performance sells a competing product. You can see both at a vendor such as lethalperfomance.com.
  8. P160A DTC after installing FPP tune???

In Forscan, this happens when changing tire size and not all modules are synchronized with the new data. If using Forscan, you would need to run AWD relearn in ForScan config menu and PCM reset-all-adaptations in the service menu to clear P160 DTC. Look for something similar in the procal...
  9. Ford Performance Calibration Tune for 2.7L Bronco's AVAILABLE NOW! - Lethal Performance

Yes, that is technically required for the "warranty". You'll have to decide if I the warranty has any actual value over the factory warranty. Remember that Ford can only deny factory warranty to extent issue is caused by aftermarket product, which in this case is Ford product. Nasty Ford...
  10. Ford Performance Calibration Tune for 2.7L Bronco's AVAILABLE NOW! - Lethal Performance

I think the warranty is a marketing gimmick. I can't see Ford denying warranty because you installed a Ford upgrade... that would be admitting that their upgrade product was responsible for causing damage. Simply return to stock tune before taking to dealer for warranty service and most...
  11. Ford Performance Calibration Tune for 2.7L Bronco's AVAILABLE NOW! - Lethal Performance

Ford uses a factor to account for range of tire wear and loaded tread circumference. 569/0.9825 = 579 579 should be close. If you want more accuracy, you can use forscan and manually set the circumference. I ended up using 2760mm (584rpm) on my 37" BFG's.
  12. Bronco Raptor Tie Rods - will they fit regular Bronco?

The BRaptor rods will NOT fit. However, the similar Wildtrak HOSS 3.0 rods fit. The rods alone are pricey. You can buy the rods for something around $500, or you can buy the entire severe duty rack (including rods) online for around $950+core.
  13. 2022 Wildtrak Speedometer reading 2mph fast

Forscan works well on Bronco: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/how-to-recalibrate-speedometer-with-forscan-for-2021-bronco.23064/post-1336626 Also, if you have auto trans, the ford performance tune will improve the transmission response as well as throttle response.
  14. anyone replace mod bumper bolts with something that doesnt strip so easily

Are you sure? The ring bolts on my sasquatch wheels are not torx. They are TP40 torx-plus. Ford says the ring bolts are T45 in their documentation, but some people think TP40 works better. The real problem is that the threadlocker makes them difficult to remove and even dealerships end up...
  15. anyone replace mod bumper bolts with something that doesnt strip so easily

Make sure you use a torx-plus wrench and the Bronco bolts shouldn't be a problem. Torx will mess them up...
  16. Ford Performance Calibration Tune for 2.7L Bronco's AVAILABLE NOW! - Lethal Performance

It appears that the severe duty steering rack upgrade might also be supported now or soon. I already have mine installed and programmed, so I can't confirm what procal3 does with a new uninitialized rack.
  17. Rack-Hack. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

The latest procal4 version is now identifying the driveline and steering modules. Somebody should see what happens if you attach a new hoss3 rack... maybe it will magically initialize the module. This is with the hoss3 rack already installed and working.
  18. Rack-Hack. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

That is the one I used. No issues. I suppose you could sell it on ebay after you are done and it wouldn't end up costing much more than the cheap ones.
  19. How long will battery hold charge if parked long term?

Update 10/2023: RSE has fixed this problem and the steps now have a low power sleep mode. Contact RSE support to receive updated controller for older steps. --- Yes, the RSE's draw a surprising amount of power in standby and it doesn't matter if you switch them off. Unless driving daily a...
  20. Ford Performance Calibration Tune for 2.7L Bronco's AVAILABLE NOW! - Lethal Performance

I installed mine today. Highly recommended. There isn't an obvious increase in power to me. The big improvement is the throttle response and quick auto trans downshift. It's really nice. Not overly sensitive - just right. Much better than sport mode (annoying RPMs and 4A shift).
