If a simple activation tool was provided (usually small a white box with green button), this is how you can use it to do a manual relearn. Note it is ONLY needed if the sensors don't automatically sync. Most people do not need to use a tool for pre-programmed sensors...
If you care about articulation, avoid the preload lifts (they reduce the down-travel, which hurts the usable total travel). The preload kits also don't fix the bump stop for 37's, but are OK for street or mild offroad use.
Strut spacers (e.g. Icon or Zone) with stock Bilsteins (yellow shocks)...
It should work well. I would recommend the ford performance tune, because the improved transmission downshift will compensate for the 4.44 (drops into lower gear sooner on acceleration).
You could use your existing wheels with 1.75" BORA spacers and minor trimming of crashbar stubs.
For the...
Personally, I like the look of the sasquatch wheels. 37's work fine on the sasq wheels if you use 0.75" BORA spacers and the only thing you need to do is angle grind the crashbar stubs for clearance. 37's work well with hoss3 steering rack and are stable.
The RC kit is complete and includes...
I think vendors are stocking the M210 29 spline model that works with stock badlands/sasquatch diff.

The lower perch and longer spring is intentional to maximize wheel travel. Icon pushed the limits and some clearance issues resulted, but the easy-to-install swaybar spacer resolved the issues.
If you want everything, then badlands is perhaps the best starting point. You can swap in the hoss3 severe duty steering rack and coilovers to a badlands. Adding hydraulic disconnect to wildtrak would be harder. The CV axles are the same for wildtrak and badlands.
I don't remember exactly, but I think the non-dealer motorcraft is right and you use your motorcraftservice.com login/password (not the helminc license purchase login).
1) They have bump stops for up to 35" tires.
2) the additional bump stop spacers for 37" install on the shaft. They are semi-circular pieces with allen bolts so they can be installed without disassembling. They can even be installed after coilovers are mounted on the bronco.
3) Simply...
You'll need to install the windows driver for the dongle (provided by the manufacturer). Then the Ford FDRS software it will either automatically find it, or you will need to select it.
I haven't used that device myself (I have a mongoose plus), but it is reported to work with FDRS. FDRS software 2-day license is $50 at motorcraftservice.com...
I updated the TSB number (TSB 22-2255). Traction control hero button not working. Updating the ABS module software fixes it.
