My concern was the load rating availability even more so than which tire models. I really feel like Es are going to be too much for the vehicle and i thought most everything in that size is E.
EDIT: Thanks for the list! I'll check it out again. Lord knows I have time to think about it:p
Hoping to keep my 2dr Badlands under 50k out the door with x-plan (including all fees/discount/taxes)
So, that should get me the mid & high packages along with towing package.
I can't live with an automatic, so no Sasquatch for me.
I can add the roof rack after and if I need to bump up the...
Hmm both of my reservation dealers called me the day the reservations were placed. It was mostly just a courtesy call though. I knew as much as them at the time... and still.
I told my preferred dealer that I'd be in touch after build/price is out. The other one, I just let leave a VM.
Surely you will eventually just be able to buy whichever you want and swap it. I wouldn't let it play a role in the trim decision. And of course, you can paint it any color you want.
I've not yet heard anything about these being "options". Might be able to get the dealer to swap it for you...
One of my reservations is with Varsity. I had a pleasant experience there a couple years ago with Matt V. Though I'm not really banking on anything better than X-plan pricing. Plan to use him again... unless they decide to push me towards one of my other dealers/reservations xD
If Ford does not consider this an absolute necessity, then they are all criminals and must be tarred and feathered. And I'm not talking about a printed page with a bunch of 1-inch printed squares. Ideally, I'm talking something like those jerry cans or at least a good sized actual painted...
Don't miss the angle of that sunlight shot. I'd gather that you're seeing quite a bit of the reflected sky adding more blue than you'd generally see.
Almost all of these shots are taken with auto dynamic white balancing. Not to mention that every LCD/OELD display is going to render the colors...
I haven't recommended it to anyone. I just think it's interesting and something that I would think about. I've had it on just the front of the hood on one of my previous vehicles and it was really nice to have not a single rock chip over 4 years of driving... and I'm one of those drivers prone...
The premium PPFs these days have 10 year warranties and are designed for UV and yellowing resistance. If you go cheap, yea, you're gonna be F____D.
Don't buy the cheapest film you can source from China.
Most here are talking about a clear PPF wrap, not a colored opaque wrap. It will only highlight any imperfections below... and lock them in under $2.5-4k of film.
That's why the talk of paint correction. I think.
Just brainstorming... and I don't know, I just might be onto something... or I may be totally off-base.
How about... once the pricing is out, if you don't like the prices... don't buy it. I know. I know. It's a little complicated.
I'm guessing they're referring mostly to any waxes or oils that are on the paint. So... soap :)
Or perhaps a slightly stronger solvent like a paint prep spray
Generally, it's just polishing up the surface... removing any hairline scratches and swirl marks. Though, I suppose in some contexts, it could, or would include other paint touch-ups/repairs.
Well, technically, the D TDI is "Direct"... and I have no respect for VW trademarks. So, given that... no technically TDI does not equal Diesel :-) Any way, I suspect that everyone else knew exactly what I was talking about, given the context.
I think it's high time that we...
