Anyone look at the threads on potential option prices? What are your order plans as of now(knowing it could all change once Build and Price comes out? For me- Outer Banks, 2.7l, Rear Locker, Roof Rack, Modular Bumper, Tow Package and probably LUX package, because I want the upgraded stereo and adaptive cruise. Lot's of stuff I don't want, but as usual, individual options either won't be available out of certain packages or the cost won't make sense. That likely puts me at about $52K plus tax, ugh. I know different areas of the country use/need different types of vehicles, so I was curios what my fellow Michiganders were thinking.

I was thinking OB or BL, want the 2.7, Lux, and Modular hard top, would really like the upgraded 4X4 system so anxious to see what that will cost on the OB because that could off-set some of the Lux package upgrade cost on the BL while getting all the suspension bells and whistles....

I'm going to try hard to keep it under $40K. So base 2D with 2.7L and Sas that's going to be around $38K hopefully. Everything else after market.

I'm looking at 4dr OBX
2.7
luxe package
MIC top
Tow package

Puts me at $49,345 roughly

I want to upgrade to the modular bumper but not if I lose my fog lights. Does anyone know if this is the case?

@JGuske23 I have not seen a modular steel bumper with fog lights... I am hoping they have some Rigid LEDs that will bolt into the modular bumper to act as fog lights.

Good question, I think I will want some aftermarket light on the modular bumper anyway, but both would be optimal. I plan on adding a winch as well, that seems like it creates all sorts of potential issues.

As of right now I am planning to go two door Badlands, Lux, 2.7 with Auto, modular hard top, and Sasquatch. It’s right at my max budget, but depending on what situation I’m in at the time of order, I may stick with the 2.3 and manual and no Sasquatch. Seeing as there may not be a soft top option for a while on the two door, the removable glass of the modular top is important to me.

Hoping to keep my 2dr Badlands under 50k out the door with x-plan (including all fees/discount/taxes)

So, that should get me the mid & high packages along with towing package.

I can't live with an automatic, so no Sasquatch for me.

I can add the roof rack after and if I need to bump up the audio I can address that later also.

I hope it's not to difficult to mod the audio, if I decide against the Lux route. B&O is probably pretty nice. The factory sub woofer looks pretty well integrated. It's been a while since I built custom enclosures and they weren't usually in such a tight space. Also gets constantly more technical to add aftermarket electronics. Space and volume are my main concerns in the Bronco, top off you need some volume!!!!.

@Mattwings the B&O in my dad’s 2018 F-150 is pretty awesome for a factory setup. It’s definitely all I would want. If you are an audiophile I’m sure you could do better aftermarket, but at the same time with no doors and no roof all that really matters is that it’s loud with the top and doors off!

I have heard good things about it too, more a question of $ than quality, it's probably too nice for a loud Bronco. I really depends on price and what other requirements there are to include it.
jdogi
@Mattwings Yea, 5 grand for the enhanced audio. I just can't.

I will do the B&O if it's a standalone option, but I'm not paying the $2300 from High package to the Lux. I don't care about anything else in the Lux package worth it.

So mid package is $1500, High package is $1200, and Lux is $2300, but you have to add the costs as you go up.

@McCracken I totally get that, but there are many times I wish I had a little better audio in my Wrangler. I don't have the premium alpine system that was available and it does make a difference vs. my stock system even with doors off. Is it worth paying for the whole package? Probably not... but it would be nice!

@Philly I get that, I had the stock system in my F-150, and replaced all the speakers and added an amp bc it was garbage when stock...a nice sound system would be nice, so I am hoping that the B&O can be added alone, but $2300 for the LUX just to get the B&O is high, I could add my own stereo/sub and have extra $$ for other add-ons. We shall see once the build and prices comes out.

The other bonus when build and price is available, we can struggle over all these decisions again with real $ in mind ? I am kind of glad the Bronco is taking so long to come out, it’s a hobby thinking about just what to order!

@Mattwings I would have more joy building my Bronco in my head if I knew more of the accessories going to be offered from Ford. I would say not so much a hobby...obsession really!
