I didn't see Granger's post yet, but this was also my assumption. If they always call the dealer facing ordering system "the configurator" and consider it completely distinct from the web site's Build 'n Price, then Mike was on point with his answer. Though I'll be the first to admit that he...
Umm. This statement can be parsed in several ways.
It still leaves the configurator open to being launched any day between now and "ordering begins in December"
It's still possible that the order guide will come before then. This should have all configuration options and prices. Maybe the time is just needed to code out the configurator site and do the renderings, etc.
EDIT: Never mind, I guess they don't contain prices :-(
I think that this is what my '18 Focus ST has... I vaguely remember setting it to some blueish hue when I first got it. I guess that's why I see blueish light when I get in in the dark. IIRC, iit's in the cup holders/center console, and also down in the footwells. Maybe it's time to spice it...
My last Ford purchase, my sales guy actually told me to sign up for something just to get an X-plan pin. Still not completely clear on his motivations, but I guess he was trying to get me out of some increased fees. Really not sure. You'd have thought that he could have just given me the...
Dying to know. You daily drive an e30 tune? Do they have mixer pumps, or e30 directly from the pump where you're at?
I was on a full e85 tune in my BRZ before I decided to just supercharge it. It was getting too difficult to find "real" e85 in my parts, especially in the winter months. I'd...
Thanks. That's what i was afraid of. Hopefully, since they share the same platform and engine, there are some shortcuts that can expedite a release for the Bronco.
Any hard-core Ford truck fans here know? I'd love to think that the official Ford Performance tune for the Bronco 2.3EB will be along soon, but I believe that these official tunes also need certifications from various regulatory bodies.
Sorry Chris. And welcome. It really was intended to be constructive criticism. And please don't let me put you off... almost everyone here is really nice :)
if you found that impolite, I can't really help you.
If you found that to be "chastising someone for being new", I can't really help you.
If you found that to be constructive criticism, then we inhabit the same world.
Didn't the lead designer say that you can take the Bronco apart with a wrench in an hour? I'm paraphrasing and I know that he was being hyperbolic, but it seems like a stretch to imagine that it's going to be more than a 20 minute job to yank the seats.
Exactly, no pictures are going to suffice. We're going to need to see these in person and in different lighting conditions. Hopefully this will be possible with the Sport. I'm leaning Area 51... don't know if the Sport is available in the green too. Hope it is for y'all leaning that way.
Haha. I had a black tempo with a red stripe. It was the first car I ever bought for myself. Sadly, I rolled and totaled it. But she'll always have been my first.:)
I'll be honest. For me, there is no principle behind it... no philosophical reason. It's totally passion. I just love driving a manual. Always have, always will.
I had essentially conceded that my current car might well be my last ICE car and my last stick. Then the clouds parted and the...
Fair enough, but I still think we're talking about much more than 4" less. And also, I hope that they do develop what you want. If they do, I just don't expect that it's going to be something that I want.
