  1. Base Badlands w/ 33s vs Sasquatch w/ 35s final decision

This is the post I referenced as I made my decision. There may be better ones out there, but I thought it was helpful.
  2. Base Badlands w/ 33s vs Sasquatch w/ 35s final decision

I was dead set on the BL with 33s, but will go with BL Squatch instead. The decision became less about the tires, and more about the 4.7 gearing. I live in CO, and would like the flexibility down the road to go bigger on tires and have a better ratio for crawling. Tires are relatively cheap to...
  3. Dealer called to convert, surprise 5k ADM

Did you check your Ford account and make sure they didn’t convert you?
  4. Florida man buys Bronco Sport from Florida Dealership, but they want it back

This is the one guy that ended up getting a Bronco sooner than he was supposed to.
  5. The Dog Thread 🐾

This is Minzi. She is 8 weeks old and new to our family as of Saturday. She is a Rhodesian Ridgeback 23 hours a day, but for one hour in the evening she transforms into a 4 legged Piranha. Man, I forgot how sharp those puppy teeth are!
  6. I am converting my order Jan 20th. What should I expect?

You can still switch your reservation to another dealer. If you don't like the deal you are getting, you can walk.

  8. First gen=future collectible

With modern collectible cars, the most desirable model is often the best version of that car (probably the last model year). Look at the FJ Cruiser or Defender 90.
  9. 2021MY - Safeguards

When I think of first model year reliability, I break them down into two categories: Big Items: Engine, transmission, transfer case, etc. These could die prematurely outside of warranty, which is a worst case scenario. However, most of this is not new for Ford, and well sorted already. If there...
  10. A goodbye for now my friends

You are making a wise decision. The last thing you want is for your shiny new toy to become a burden.
  11. Ooops!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is going to hurt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TRX goes down for the count!!!!!!!

My Bronco is perfectly safe, since it's no where near the assembly line.
  12. Will driving our stock Broncos in off road conditions potentially void our warranties from Ford?

The warranty on the Gladiator wasn't voided because it was driven off road. It was voided because FCA believes is that it was submerged in mud. If true, that would be trail damage and not covered by warranty.
  13. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

I had two reservations: 7/14 and 7/23. I canceled my 7/23 and created a new one a few days ago. That will give me some flexibility if I decide to not convert my 7/14 reservation into a 2021 Bronco.
  14. On the premise that if you don’t ask you won’t know

The auto transfer case will transfer power dynamically to the front and the rear axle, and it is safe to use on pavement. For me, the benefit will be when I transition between plowed roads and snowy roads. Without this feature, you need to be diligent about switching between 4H and 2H as...
  15. Given GVWR update - How long until dealers could get parts from Ford? Potential workarounds

I came here to ask the same question. My guess was that it had to do with legal liability, but I'm not sure. If you cause an accident, could your insurance company see some bolt on parts and decide to weight it? If you're over GVWR, I would imagine they could deny the claim. It is unfortunate...
  16. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

? This is my question. What is changing for MY22 that the roof rack is allowed on SAS, and will it impact other things like towing capacity?
  17. Is your Build Finalized?

Definite: Badlands, 4 door, 2.7, Auto, Mid, MIC roof Maybe: Sasquatch, High, Velocity Blue vs Rapid Red At this point I think I’ll skip Sasquatch and go High Package instead. Wheels and tires can be added later, and I still struggle with the $2,500 cost of Sas on the BL.
  18. What happens if you crash your Bronco early on?

... or a 40 Bronco pileup on i80 leaving Des Moines. The more thing are delayed, the higher the chance that Granger folks are taking delivery in a snow storm!
  19. Fitting Through Garage Doors

Here is one discussion on the topic. I measured my garage opening, and I can fit with a roof rack and 35s, but not with a rack or any sort of cargo topper.
