  1. Colorado Springs

I am in Colorado Springs as well. I'm looking forward to seeing these trucks in the mountains soon (ish). Has anyone talked with Phil Long Ford in town yet? I emailed them, but got no response. I may switch to Groove, but won't make any decisions too quickly.
  2. Paddle Shifters?

I wish the Bronco had them. While descending on twisty mountain roads, using the paddles to control engine braking is much nicer than taking a hand off the wheel.
  3. For those of you with families / kids, is it big enough?

I don't think a Suburban would be big enough for a rambunctious 110lb dog that still thinks it's a puppy :). We are on the waiting list for a Ridgeback, and hope to receive both the Bronco and the Ridgeback around the same time in the spring. I have three kids (11, 10 and 7), and I expect the...
  4. [Latest Update: See Post #335] Ford Revises Bronco Reservation FAQ -- You Now Can Only Change Your Dealer At Time Of Final Order.

I placed a second reservation, but I'm keeping my original as well. I called Ford, and the person I spoke with said that her systems don't allow a dealer change right now, but she expects they will be able to by the time orders start in December. There are obviously a lot of unknowns, but at a...
  5. Perfectly Content?

I am very content. Sure, I have my opinions on packages and such, but Ford gave us a ton of amazing options. If you have some angst about white roof availability, the gray-ish hard top, why velocity blue isn't available at launch, or no Manual Sasquatch (but seriously Ford ...), head over to...
  6. Easiest way for non-Ford employee to qualify for X Plan?

In case this helps anyone: You can sign up for a Mustang Club membership and get a PIN right away. I know the purchase is a long way off, but I figured I'd generate my PIN now in case the swelling ranks at Mustang Club of America causes a change in their pricing or Ford's policy about allowing a...
  7. Black Diamond Bronco Thread

Since I have young kids, that meant I went with 4 door, rubber floors, and vinyl seats. I live in CO, so I want those off-road extras included in the BD. While your Bronco may not go off road, that interior will take a beating :).
