  1. AC not repaired under warranty because bumper?

That’s pretty rich, “we don’t see anything about the bumper that caused the concern but we think it’s the most likely cause”. Hopefully the service manager apologized for the hassle, he sure should have. And now it’s full of refrigerant and working?! Wow!
  2. AC not repaired under warranty because bumper?

I just found the pictures of when I had my bumper off and unless there’s something really different about the bumper you put on, I can’t see how a bumper install would have hurt anything to do with the A/C. Did you ask them what they found to lead them to believe it was the bumper install that...
  3. AC not repaired under warranty because bumper?

Did your A/C work for a while after the bumper? If so, something may have rubbed a hole in a line or in the condenser and let the refrigerant out. Were there any parts charged out on their estimate? If so, that’s probably what happened.
  4. Winch Install Gone Bad - Lost All Power

There’s a chance the switch acted like a fuse and shut the circuit down. I wouldn’t rely on the switch at this point. Luckily the battery didn’t blow up, I’ve seen that happen, it’s not pretty!
  5. 12" Screen Issues - Blacked out, Resets sporadically.

There’s a software update coming 4th quarter to address these issues.
  6. Wrinkles on the leather seats after 368 Miles?

Yeah, leather does that, that’s part of the beauty of it. Vinyl stays smoother, but leather looks better, even with the wrinkles. It won’t get much more wrinkled over time, just treat it once in a while.
  7. Noise while driving down the expressway

Sounds like a suspension, body mount, or crossmember bolt causing the noise as you drive over irregularities in the road. Get a breaker bar and some sockets and check all the bolts you can get to.
  8. How to Upgrade Bronco to Adaptive Cruise Control?

Can’t be done practically. It would take a $2K forward sensor, a new ABS module, new steering wheel, a hack reflash of the PCM, IPC, and possibly some other modules. It would be cheaper and easier to trade for a new Bronco. I have driven probably 8 or 10 company cars with adaptive speed...
  9. Sub-frame damage

Not really likely, Chrysler got hammered several years ago for not properly disclosing damage on new cars. They would scrap the car and build another one. They build 50 Broncos an hour, it’s cheaper to build one than face the consequences of selling a damaged car.
  10. Sub-frame damage

You have to be cautious heating and welding on modern frames, they are high strength steel, not mild steel as they have been the past. Heating high strength alloys and not cooling them properly can affect the strength. I would be particularly concerned on a small piece that is under a big...
  11. Sub-frame damage

You will have a hard time finding someone who will straighten the bracket, they would be liable if it fails in the future. Most shops won’t clip a frame either for the same reason. The only reason clips are available is that Texas requires the title to be branded if the frame is replaced, but...
  12. Low speed clunking in 4wd modes

4 Auto only locks the transfer case clutch to the front differential if sees the rear drive shaft going faster than the front during wheel spin. You are fine driving in 4Auto any time, but it will reduce your fuel economy somewhat due to spinning the front driveline all the time.
  13. National Park Service Will Cite Drivers of AWD Cars For Driving on 4WD-Only Trails

The open only delivers equal torque if there is equal traction. If you get in a situation where one wheel is in deep mud or hanging in the air, no torque will be applied to the wheel that has traction. When an open differential vehicle is heavily accelerated from a stop it will always spin...
  14. Low speed clunking in 4wd modes

If you are on a surface that has any traction you will get driveline binding and clunks and bumps while you are in 4Hi or 4 Lo. The noises and bump sensations will be more pronounced in 4 Lo. The bumps on upshifts and downshifts are because of the gear reduction in 4Lo multiplying the torque...
  15. Help 2021 Badlands Lux is full of Gremlins

The dealer can pull the DTCs it triggers from “ Connected Vehicle” on the Ford PTS website. They are retained there for 90 days. You are experiencing some sort of network communication issue and there are going to be a lot of “U” codes.
  16. Rumor of no 2.7 in 2025?!?

The 2025 build and price website isn’t up yet. The dealer order guide and price lists aren’t available to the dealers yet either.
  17. Warning Morimoto XRGB headlights

I get that, but the manufacturer has to live with the parts through a 36 month/36000 mile warranty. Aftermarket parts usually 90 days or maybe a year.
  18. Warning Morimoto XRGB headlights

Pretty typical for aftermarket stuff, you get what you pay for.
  19. Bumper sensors going crazy.

They may have decided to update them so they can’t be turned off, maybe for liability reasons. I don’t know.
