Great writeup.
Is there anything structural behind the light pocket recesses?
I'm wondering why they're recessed and if I can just cap them off and cut in whatever flush mount pod I want without needing the recesses or access to something through that recess area.
I assumed that replacing the level sensor would have some additional function, such as triggering an aux tank refill, since what else would the point of replacing the float be?
There's a comment from FK on the video on Youtube says that the 2DR rear area where this would go is different than...
That sounds awful. What are the issues you're experiencing?
I'm interested to see how this siphon procedure would even work. Tank draws down to some set trigger point, then engages tank refill? There would need to be empty aux tank protections somewhere.
I think I'd prefer to just manually...
Install video has them replacing several internal fuel pump parts, the sender and something else.. lift pump? Not sure what that is.
I'm intrigued. First real install of a commercial product, at least.
Edit: shit, that's not even the only Bronco Aux Fuel Tank they offer. They have a 17GAL...
I haven't experienced the write error, however ForSCAN does show a DTC for my Lux HVAC module, but it doesn't affect operation.
Also, I have a '23 Badlands High package w/ rear defrost HVAC module listed in Marketplace if any 22 owners are looking to do this still.
Primarily from the exterior side. I asked @Ducati1098 the same question for the same reason, to avoid removing my tailgate table.
Edited to correct: there's some connections under the interior panel but nothing requiring table removal.
I honestly wouldn't even bother at this point, maybe around 45K, I'd start looking.
KO2s are plenty fine as long as you keep your foot out of it and/or use 4A. I've run them year round in Alaska for tens of thousands of miles on Jeeps, the Bronco, GM trucks, all on this superdangerous wet...
Crafting a survey questionnaire should be able to capture the front end data for some of the analysis piece, but it will need to be quite thorough to have usable data.
Off the top of my head, at least the following, plus some.
Purchase Date:
Buy New/Used:
VIN:
Build Data (if purchased new)...
What anyone should care about is getting people in the ecosystem, not navelgazing about model competition. Its binary, people don't want what you make, you don't get customers. Competition within a brand, "cannibalizing" is a stupid ass concept.
I hate these stupidass MBA-brain "it will cannibalize other model's sales" management takes.
If you don't make what I fucking want, I'm not buying shit from your entire brand.
It's not going to push me into some weakass "similar model" nor is paywalling me up to a higher trim going to...
