  1. Pulling a Camper/Trailer with a 2.3T 7-speed 2-door

I thought they would have then lowered the 2-door tow rating vs. the 4-door? I agree, that's why I'm hoping for some Wrangler experience comments.
  2. Pulling a Camper/Trailer with a 2.3T 7-speed 2-door

Thanks. That makes sense, just not sure if it's a deal killer or not for the 7-speed.
  3. Pulling a Camper/Trailer with a 2.3T 7-speed 2-door

I see the "Just spend a minute and Google" and "We've answered this OVER AND OVER"... replies all the time. Never thought I'd be on the receiving end of it. I couldn't find any input on the downside (If any) of a manual transmission so I was hoping Jeep owners would comment. I can't seem to...
  4. Pulling a Camper/Trailer with a 2.3T 7-speed 2-door

It looks like the 3,500 pound towing capacity is more about vehicle dynamics instead of powertrain. Do you think there's a downside to pulling something near the capacity with a 2.3 manual? Are there any Jeep owners who pull something like this? How does it perform? Any thoughts if a manual...
  5. Our Q&A (and Photos) From the First 2021 Bronco Ride Along Event

Right, but what I'm saying is that RS was mechanically different than any other Focus, so I get the no AXZ. But the FE??? It's just a hodge podge
  6. Our Q&A (and Photos) From the First 2021 Bronco Ride Along Event

Yes and no? This seems like it's caught in the middle. A Shelby or Raptor is different as it's a separate brand almost. This is almost like a Focus RS, but the RS came with significant upgrades to the ST. This FE is just a combination of other models.

Another potential strike against the FE... :cautious:

    That's 0.393701 inches! :ROFLMAO:
  9. Report: 2022 Bronco Hybrid Will Get a 3.0-Liter V6, Up To 450+ HP

I can't see it getting almost 500 hp. They should be able to put any motor in this application. The 2.3T seems like I said that 7 years ago when I bought a plug-in Fusion. 7 years later gas is $1.93/gallon. Don't get me wrong, I like it, but I didn't buy it to save money on gas. I enjoy the...
  10. Bronco Sasquatch 2-Door Simulated in Production Colors

There's no Ford out there with the Area 51 color, right? Not even on the 2021 F-150?
  11. ICYMI: Good look at 2 Door Bronco trunk size / cargo space

How do you like your Teton? is it the Hybrid? Did you consider any other kind/brand?
  12. Video: 2021 Bronco vs Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Crawling Back-to-Back at Moab

Here's a rookie question: With the 7-speed in Crawler gear, can you be not moving and still have the clutch fully engaged? In theory it would stall?
  13. Video: 2021 Bronco vs Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Crawling Back-to-Back at Moab

Yeah I agree, although "Most capable Wrangler (33's) available vs. Most capable Bronco (35's) available" to me would be apples to apples :) But apparently a more lifted Bronco with 35's hurts you on the articulation. Still would like to see a Sasquatch doing this.
  14. Video: 2021 Bronco vs Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Crawling Back-to-Back at Moab

So why aren't they putting a Sasquatch through all of this??
  15. Video: 2021 Bronco vs Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Crawling Back-to-Back at Moab

I wonder if it was the underpowered 2.3t (If you can even call it that) that didn't produce the wheelspin like the 2.7tt?
  16. Pics: Badlands Swaybar Reconnects at 20 MPH (Broncos Spotted Off-Road With Nomad Outfitters)

Do we know how this physically reengages? Magnetic? Shock type of mechanism?
