I'm curious what the forum's opinion is on my situation. I took delivery of a 26 marsh grey heritage Bronco 7mt three weeks ago. It was not the smoothest transaction from the get go but they were the only dealer for 500 miles that had a manual heritage so I dealt with the lack of customer service. This was an online purchase and out of state, but not far from the border/myself. Now that you have the basic facts the issue is ..... they forgot to register my truck (taxes and fees paid in full). The temp tags have expired and I currently have a very beautiful, but heavy paper weight in my garage on this long weekend. And for note I called them several times over that span asking about my plates. So my question is "What could/should they do to try to make amends". Or is this no big deal?
(And for the record they haven't offered anything. I've also made a complaint to Ford and left a negative review on Google) Buyer beware if you're in central NH.
