    I don't carry bikes since I'm not a masochist, but I do use one of those Kuat pivoting thingies for my cargo carrier/camp box. It can swing either way (not judging), clears the spare and is solid. It has a nice internal tensioner so it doesn't rattle around like your neighbors 33 year old...

    Not all dealers will collect taxes & do registration for out of state purchases. This is something you should have asked ahead of time. That said, you should go drive that Bronco through their front door like a normal Bay Stater.
