I wouldn't be surprised if they do a Tremor package or trim on the Ranger. To be honest it's the one thing I expected to see come out for Ranger in the next few years.
Um there is one now on XLT and Lariat, you just can't spec it onlilne. I have seen two on the lot this year. They are actually pretty nice.

Diesel and 6' bed is a long-shot though. I'd love to see it personally, but they tried diesel on the F-150 awhile ago and didn't work out. So if it ain't gonna work on the F-150 doubt we'll see it on the Ranger.
They didn’t give the diesel F-150 a chance. Ford did not promote it. That engine, proven in the Range Rover for many years, is superb.

Tremor will be a specific model trim, what you're talking about sounds like the Tremor package offered on the 5th Gen.

For people who want a Ranger sized pickup the Bronco would be a POOR substitute.

Just like the Gladiator a Bronco pickup would be a very niche vehicle
Depends on what your usage for it is.

I've never considered a truck before, but between having the potential of the "convertible-ness" of the Bronco in a truck package, and having recently bought a house, it has me open to the possibility of this product.

The 4 door Mustang, is going to be called a Mach4. It has been said, just Mach4. No Mustang. Also, it has been said by people who have seen it think Porche Panarama in a Ford skin. Makes plenty of sense to me, as you see a bunch of Porches down here in Miami.

The F150 and Mustang are more than a name; IT IS THE BRAND. So if you want to introduce something, well, that name goes there. Though I think this time, styling the 4-door Mach4 to look similar to a Mustang will do the selling. As for a Bronco pickup, I think it would do well. They are aiming at Jeep Gladiator sales, and again, you see a bunch of them down here. I think people who want a Bronco and s a somewhat usable bed will be the target.
This would make less sense to not include "Mustang" Mach 4 than Mustang Mach E, as it will literally share styling with the coupe/vert (i.e. stretched coupe/vert).

So here's info from people that have some connections/inside info:

Ranger leaves MAP. Bronco truck goes to MAP alongside the new Lincoln Bronco-based model, which makes the most sense, given the truck will likely share front clips and interiors with the Bronco.
So MAP will be Bronco, Bronco truck, Lincoln "Bronco".

We also know Ford itself has said the Tennessee Truck Plant (formerly Blue Oval City for T3 Lightning production) will produce a "new kind of affordable truck".

The current talk is that that product will be an "F-100" (placeholder name until official) and replace the Ranger.

lol drink! 🍻

Very very few people likely have any inside information. Anything most people say, especially a dealer IMO, should be taken with a grain of salt.

Sounds like you aren't looking for a "truck" to do real truck things, so much as just a vehicle with an open bed. To bring home a few bags of mulch every so often.

A Hyundai Santa Cruz, Chevy Avalanche , Ford Maverick, Honda Ridgeline, etc would do that job

Thank you for telling me what kind of vehicle I need/should have!

No disrespect intended here but dude some two door owners act like the vegans of the bronco community: they just have to ensure you know they own a two door.
I mean, I would like to have a two door manual, but life dictates otherwise. I feel like the four door is the balanced out version.
I'd like a 4-door, if only for the extra cargo space. But the short front doors and B-pillar jabbing me in the shoulder would quickly drive me nuts.

Between the ultra low sulfur mandate, DEF, and particulate filters...

Basically killed any consumer interest in diesel unless you tow, a lot.

Didn't "TELL" you anything.

Simply pointed out there were options that would work just as well (or better) then a Bronco "pickup"

As anyone needing a truck to do truck things isn't going to be looking at a Bronco pickup any more then they are the Gladiator.
