Following. Is the 3.5" of lift for SAS or no?
The 3.5" inches is over base model height. So you won't get as much of a height difference on a Sasquach package.

@TeraFlex are these height adjustable?
The front coilovers do have snap rings to adjust the height +/- a couple inches to level the height with varying weight requirements. All 4 coilovers have a fast-adjust knob to change the shock compression dampening for when you hit an off-road trail or add weight while towing.

Do your guys offer different rear spring rates maybe 500-600 lbs/in? Also, what is the total front and rear wheel travel when running 37s?
We do not offer different spring rates. Front spring rate is 400 lbs/in and rear is 300lbs/in
Travel specs are: Front = 9.6”, Rear = 12.4”

I also read on your site that when running a 37 inch tire you require a minimum 4.75 inch backspace which I believe is a 0mm offset so if I want to run a 17x9 wheel for a 37x13.50r17 tire I should at a minimum be running a -6mm to -12mm offset not to cause any rubbing to suspension components. Is this correct? I think -6mm offset correlates roughly to 4.75 inch backspace and -12mm offset correlated to a 4.5 inch backspace on a 17x9 wheel. Many 13.50 wide tires require a minimum 17x9 wheel for proper tire fittment.

Are you talking about use on a raptor as your profile suggests?
This kit is not setup for raptor is why I inquire.
For non raptor Broncos this kit is the same as any other when tire fitment is concerned. To properly run 37x12.5 or larger you need minimum 0 offset and tire dependent, some trimming to avoid rubbing situations during all use cases.

No, I don't have a Raptor, picture is wrong, I got a Sasquatch Badlands. I want to run 37x13.50r17 MTs on a 17x9 wheel but not sure what is the most positive offset on a 17x9 wheel I can run not to have rubbing issues of suspension components during extreme offroading conditions,
lock to lock turn, full articulation and compression, etc... I am leaning towards -12mm but wonder if I can get away with 0mm on a 17x9 size wheel.

Wheel width has little/no impact on required backspacing…I am running Micky Thompson 37-13.50r17 tires on 0 offset 8.5 rims but the tire would be in same place with a 9” rim…I would not go to a negative offset wheel…+12 to 0 is the “sweet” spot.imho…

I don't think that's true as a 4.75 backspace on 17x8.5 at 0mm offset wheel is equivalent to 17x9 wheel at -6mm offset which is also a 4.75 backspace. I think it has to do with that extra 0.5 inch wheel width. This is if you want to be same distance away from suspension components on 17x9 as you are on 17x8.5 wheels. I would say for 13.50 wide tired you would need a -12mm offset to make it equal to 17x8.5 running 12.50s.

Well this would solve my 37s + Raptor height dilemma pretty quickly lol. Been debating what suspension route to take on my Badlands Sasquatch. This setup looks killer. Following!

Yes the “backspace“ is different with different wheel widths but the “offset” is not…the center of the tire is in the same place with the same “offset” wheel no matter the wheel width…but sure the the 13.5 tire is wider and +12 may not work but 0 does on mine…

The offset is different as well but backspace is the same because the wheel size is different. This is why they like to give backspace because they know offset is different depending on wheel width. So for example, on a 17x8.5 wheel with 4.75 backspace the offset is 0mm but on a 17x9 wheel with the same 4.75 backspace the offset is -6mm not 0mm.

Many tires that are 13.50 wide recommend a 17x9 wheel as a minimum instead of 17x8.5 and if a lift kit manufacturer recommends a minimum 0mm offset 4.75 backspace when running a 17x8.5 wheel and 37x12.50 tire, then I figure to offset for that half inch when running a 13.50 tire instead of 12.50, I need to get a correct minimum wheel size which is 17x9 and give it a negative offset to equal the same setup with 17x8.5 running 12.50 wide tires and 0mm offset. In this case the only thing that saves you is the 17x9 at -12mm offset to be the same distance from the suspension side of view but you still have to address the outer side which probably means high clearance rock sliders, jks clearance kit, and possible trimming or aftermarket fender flares and wheel well mods.

We are kinda saying the same thing, but backwards…what I’m saying is with 0 (or any number) offset wheel the center of the tire will be at a the same place no matter the wheel or tire width…because the center of the wheel is at the same place (0 offset/the center of the wheel)…yes the backspacing will be different…the center (and sides depending on manufacturer) of my 13.50 tire on a 0 offset 8.5 wheel is at the same place as your 13.50 tire on a 0 offset 9” rim…and again yes the backspacing will be different by a 1/4”…party on!
