It's a work in progress! I cut the stalk off of the OEM and have it fixed to the RA attachment hardware. I can take the tire off and on but it doesn't look great up close!
I second Road Armor! I got the rear bumper with tire carrier when they dropped to 50% off! I am very happy with the quality and installation process of everything but the rear camera relocation options. I didn't want to remove it whenever I needed to take off my spare. It was three months maybe...
I removed mine when I switched out bumpers. I used a cutoff wheel and initially cut it off as far down as I could. There's a interior piece that holds the camera that can be removed and then re installed after if you choose to use it. I have a Road Armor bumper with tire carrier and hated their...
I've had mine on for about the last 5k miles and I feel that they are softer. I have weighted mine down with Goat Fab rock step/sliders and an Road armor rear bumper/tire carrier. The rear sags a little but I have a winch and will order a front bumper soon. I also went to 315/70r17s.
I got Eibach Springs from Lethal Performance, Goat Fab step sliders, and a Road Armor rear bumper with tire carrier. The springs came in already and I believe I'll be waiting awhile on the others.

I picked mine up on May 25th and have not received any form of check from Ford. I didn't drop any constraints but I should have a price protection rebate coming. I thought I was told 6 to 8 weeks? Was Granger able to apply some of your PP to the cost of the vehicle upon delivery?
