Sadly, had to put the doors and top back on, because of relentless 100+ heat days and now forest fire smoke.

Went to the coast to escape the wildfire smoke. Then just had to do some night beach driving to test the new ditch lights. Sadly forgot to bring the tools needed to fine tune their positioning. Thus ensuring another night drive. Darn.

Awesome! The family and I are headed there in just a few weeks. This will be my first trip to the OBX. We rented a house up in the 4x4 area just south of the NC/VA border. Looking forward to a peaceful getaway.
You’ll have a blast! Our first trip as well. The tide charts are your friend. As is low PSI.

Hello Everyone! New to the forum and the Bronco Nation.
I recently bought a 2021 Big Bend 2.3 mt 4 door and absolutely love it. It had several mods already done by the previous owner, but I have been learning a lot from this forum and have done some more myself. Next week is 3.5" RC lift kit and 35/12.5/17 MT Baja tires and power steps! My wife is 4'8"

I appreciate all the posts and advice from this forum!
We've enjoyed a few trips to Galveston with the top down.

Some of the mods are:
JB4 tune, Flow master exhaust, receiver hitch, Oracle tail lights (driver side isn't working), push bar and fog lights, wheels, hidden winch, hood struts, tailgate table and a bunch of little stuff.

Finally finished running the wires for my Wolfbox, putting interior panels back in, and checking things out on a test drive. Just need to clean up the wires above the mirror and decide how I’m mounting the rear camera permanently.

Nicely done! Cant even tell its there! I purchased the VIOFO dashcam, it needs a constant power to use the "park mode". Did you use a constant power source, and if so do you know which fuse? Planned on tapping in to engine fuse box. I believe 32 and 33 may be constant, but they are Jcase/Mcase type fuses (like a mini relay cube). Not familiar with those fuses and they are not "fuse tappable". I thought the micro3's were hard to find locally...

Thanks! The Wolfbox OEM bracket makes it look a lot better than strapping it to the existing mirror.

I used the OBD port power supply rather than the kit that taps into the fuses. I still need to tweak settings and get everything set up right but I'm hoping to set it up as a security camera that kicks on as needed.

For your set up I'd look into the DONGAR PRO+ adapter, I think the newest version might work with the parking mode for VIOFO dashcams.

RC tie rods going bad with less than 500 miles?!?!?!

RC has never been known for top quality.... but damn!!! That is pretty bad...

Is it the ball joint going out? Was there some quality control issue with the original manufacturing?

The inner ball joints have premature failure. Especially when offroading frequently.
