TeraFlex discovered a huge weak point in the Bronco 6G and didn't stop until we found a solution for it.

The weakest link in the Bronco is its steering. TeraFlex solves that with 2.4x stronger, serviceable HD Tie Rods and a Bronze Support Bushing engineered to keep your steering intact and your steering rack protected.

Broncos love big tires, but the steering system needs real strength to match. These HD tie rods and support bushing protect the steering rack while keeping steering feel smooth and confident on the road. A must-have upgrade for lifted and adventure-built rigs.
• Protects steering rack from hard hits
• Tightens steering feel on pavement

Does not work on HOSS 3.0 steering rack.

Link is not working...at least for me.

Is the bushing available separately? Is there a bushing for the passenger side of the rack?

How? By stiffening/strengthening the tierod, it can no longer serve as a "fuse" (i.e. the part that breaks) for the steering rack. Does the bronze 'support bushing' or some other property of this tie rod somehow "absorb" shock/stress routed to the steering rack?

There’s a bunch of play inside the rack the bushing helps with this side to side play and shaft deflection. There’s a really long thread about this somewhere on here search for it. Lots of Info. It’s a must have especially if you wheel with 37s and want your steering rack to last.

I’m running the RC bushing for several years now and it’s held my rack together I’m sure this one will do the same. Glad more companies are offering them.

I'm running RC bushings on both sides...it's a good upgrade but it's not going to protect the entire steering rack from shock loads. The original 2.0 rack housings are pretty weak.
