What's the most "worth it" upgrade you've made to your Bronco?

I added lift and 37 inch tires so obviously needed the side steps, rough country electric steps have been good to me!

Oh! And the brow strip tint on windshield made a world of difference in Texas heat.

My suspension for one! It made the biggest difference. Definitely my windshield protection film!! It’s saved me from chips and cracks. I would also say my hardtop and tailgate tire carrier. All those have been the best upgrades!!

Swapping out the stock Badlands shocks for Bilstein 6100's was my best purchase so far. The ride is so much better on and off-road. The jarring on-road ride of the stock shocks was horrendous.

Honestly my most worth it upgrade would have to be the ADV Fenders. They make the Bronco look the way it is supposed to in my opinion. They get the most use out of all my upgrades too haha.

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah I know a cheap addon for the bronco but Broncos have the worst interior lighting, I installed these 3 years ago %1000 improvement and works flawlessly .

Three things make me drive my Bronco over any other vehicle:

Stickshift + 2.3 - it's a fun combo. That's not an upgrade I added, but I have to say, I wouldn't feel nearly the same thing if it were a 10AT with any other engine combo (I have a 5.0l Coyote F150). This was why I got the Bronco in the first place.

Pet friendly car seat covers + Armorlite washout floors - I don't care about dirt or dog hair, or dust from trails with the top down, or mud flinging in a window. It all just washes off and I can take the leaf blower to it and get it 85% of the way clean in about 30 seconds.

Stereo upgrade - this part just makes me smile. I'd rather sit out in my Bronco than in a waiting room, just listening to the radio.

Everything else - situational or marginal.

For me:
- professional rust proofing is paying off here in New England. The pic below was my 4Runner just before I sold it at 140K miles. Yes, the trailing arm is being held on by a strap. And Yes, that is my gas tank which was covered by a metal pan before it rusted away. Not letting that happen again...
- Upgrading the audio from the stock 6-speaker setup was the easiest decision.

Ez4x4 rack stores the center section of top so it is always with me.

How easy is it to slide the middle section on and off the roof rack? I have the hot heads Velcro liner on top of the oem sound deadening. Would that get in the way? I have been contemplating this for a while. How's the wind noise from the rack with the rack when not in use?

Okay.... I literally have hundreds of mods.... enough I could easily purchase another Bronco. I have regretted very few because I research the hell out of the options before making a decision. I also read and listen to the people on here. Thank you to all of you and your reviews, comments, shared lived experience. I have everything from PPF and screen protectors to armor and sliders/steps, extra cameras, stereo etc. I use them ALL. (other than a couple of regretted items but they were very small quick decisions that did not cost me much to take a chance on)....

SO best bang for the buck "worth it" mod? While I would say, I have many contenders, Coil overs custom tuned by Acutune. I worked with them to choose the correct spring rates and valving. Mine was a bit different because I have dramatically more unsprung weight than most and I needed to account for that. By far it has had more influence on the ride, handling and the overall expirence both on road and off road.

I have some mods that were more expensive and lots and lots that did not drain my back account quite as heavily.... But yea... Coil overs.

Second? the only influence with this one is my confidence in getting off the trail in one piece... Steering rack. It changed nothing in feel or experience.... But I worry less.
