Congrats on the very awesome ride...it's beautiful.

Did you remove the trail sights or did you have the dealership remove them?

I did it. Simple process. Three bolts each. The “blanks” are extremely well made.

Gotta say I love the wheels on the 60th, but I'm holding out for a Filson at this point.

Congrats! Very nice bronco indeed.

Well played! I think the only thing I would change on it if I owned it would be color matching the fender flares and new trail sights to the body color. Beautiful bronco-enjoy it!

U P D A T E - Mods and first impressions after 48 hours of ownership.

1) Set tire pressures. Way too high from the factory for my liking, 46 psi. Dropped to 40.
2) Installed Weathertech mud flaps on the front. Rear flaps apparently are not available.
3) Removed trail sights/tie downs. It will never see off road and I like the smooth look better.
4) Installed public safety receiver. No holes. Glass mount antenna and velcro or 3M double sided tape.
5) Installed Weathertech rear cargo liner.
6) Installed a tempered glass screen protector.
7) Installed garmant hooks on the roll bar using existing accessory bolt holes. (I need a place to hang my uniform)

1) The 12" instrument cluster is a definite improvement over the old Bronco.
2) The 12" infotainment display is also an great improvement.
3) The B&O sound system isn't really an upgrade. I replaced all six speakers in the old Bronco with Kickers plus it doesn't sound like this one has the subwoofer. :( I likes my bass.
4) Ford is still missing the mark by not installing hood struts. I put them on my Black Diamond. Just a convenience. I might put them on this one too. Haven't decided.
5) Ride feels a little smoother.
6) Acceleration feels a little quicker
7) No noticable difference in road noise
8) I do like the leather seats better than the MGV.
9) Although I haven't needed it yet, I really missed my heated steering wheel.
10) I love the LED tail lights. I tried to upgrade the old Bronco with aftermarket LED's and it was a monumental waste of time and money.
11) I do like the factory "A pillar" grab handles even though I smacked my head on it once already.
12) Auto folding mirrors with integrated signal lights would have been nice too.

All I can think of for now.
