I had my Bronco in for recall 23S48 (replacing rear view camera). My paperwork shows they did the work.
My camera had a scratch on it when a tire shop employee put my spare on after fixing a flat. It is pretty minor and I knew the recall was to replace the camera, so I did not worry about it. However, the scratch is still there after the recall. I figured the camera would be all 1 unit with an integrated lens, etc, but is that not the case? Is it possible to perform this recall to replace the camera but have the same exact scratch still present?
