Today, a Tesla Y or 3 pulled that instant torque trick to whip in front of me before a freeway onramp. Their biggest problem was negotiating the tight cloverleaf/jug handle with an above average elevation change. They got smoked by a city bus in the HOV lane.

I'm sure some people are satisfied with single-digit seconds worth of fun, but they don't seem to understand how the rest of us can enjoy much longer rides.

I only own a Bronco because they offered the 2 door AND 7MT so 2.3 it is. These E50 Tuning results are great! I’ve been on the FP tune for years now but will probably upgrade to a custom tune. An extra 100 whp should move my 2 Door 7mt with 4.7 gears pretty well. Don’t need to be the fastest but I mod all my vehicles just to unlock their potential because it’s how I enjoy spending my time.

I think having more power and torque is nice 🤷🏼‍♂️ The 2.3 is not stressed with extra boost and more fuel, its been around for over 10 years in the Focus RS platform making 450/450 reliably. the NEW MPC motor is to be seen but I dont seen why it wont have the similar record.

its weird that guys are coming into the engine/exhaust/mods section of the forum to complain about someone gaining horsepower with their engine mods. Stick to the exterior and interior mods if you don't want more power. It's pretty simple, you don't need to "get it", it's not your car.

It pops up I read it it's a forum; we are here to discuss views both in the affirmative and the opposition. I like more power, to a point. If it breaks everything attached to it nothing was gained.
I know some like pushing the limits. Good! I like that in some things; I need reliability alone in the woods. (I have the Ford Performance tune.)

And that makes total sense. But someone coming to a post about adding nearly 100hp with a tune just to say “I don’t get it” seems weird to me. Just don’t do it. It’s easy.

I disagree. This stuff comes up on my feed of ‘have not read’ and it would be rude of me to not comment.
I annoy people across multiple forums on this site, and want to make sure no-one feels left out.
