Some just throw an old blanket between their Bimini top and the soft top, or a cheap 2" foam mattress.

I have one of the dirt dog headliners for the soft top.
Total game changer. Shame they quit making them.

I’m seeing good condition hard tops with front panels and all glass in the $1200 to $1600 range. I wouldn’t even bother with this one.

I was just typing the same thing! lol Technically I would guess the three panels are worth salvaging, but they're not worth $1000 probably unless you're screwing someone in a pinch.

$500 absolute maximum. Offer that (or less) and they will probably decline, but make sure he has your contact info. Nobody else will offer more and he will call you back eventually.
