Could you or would you remove the adaptive cruise panel from the grille for more airflow considering I dont have adaptive on the wires BD?

If you pop that cover off under it is the pivots points for the active shutters. Without removing the shutters you won’t gain much and it looks ugly without the cover.

Removed the cover AND the shutters when I replaced the bumper. Left the plug hanging. No codes.
If you live in a cold climate, don’t remove the shutter. I’m in South Texas.
