I like the "Ham Can" power steering pump, I did that to my '69.

I have a 327 cu in my 58 that I used to have a mechanical dual point in. Has an oil fill tube for the bearings. Got real good at adjusting, and real tiered of doing it, so I replaced it with an HEI. That in its self was not easy, as the 327 has dual quads on it. Talk about “shoe horning” it all together…

Don't get me started...old school is gas/brake/clutch.

Also, have them explain this little gem:
Light_Button.webp
I had to retrofit one of those moving the light switch from the center of the steering wheel when I went to Vega steering box on my Model A…i call it a restomod…

Does anyone have three on the tree? Need three pedals for that.
Not now, but I learned on a three-on-the-tree manual in an old ford van (too long ago to remember for sure). Not the coolest ride, but if you could drive one, you are good!

That's how I know you're old ... Ron Popeil ...Ronco
My mom has one of their mandolin slicers still.
Not old ... aged like fine win
I got one of them, too!

It's always fun to transition from from the strictly mechanical non-power every damn thing '61 Corvette ... into the new '25 Bronco where there's a slick button/knob for 💩 I'm not even aware of.

🫈
You have a 61 corvette!!! I wish!

just the look of that V8 says General Motors... small block... front and rear bowls on the carb. I see a compressor so it is in a 4 wheel drive. I don't see power assist on the brakes.... Jet coat on the headers and that dip stick is at a unique angle... I like that keeps it out of the way...

Oh, yes, the high beam button on the floor! Had one on my first car, a 56 Ford Victoria 4Dr with 3-on-the-tree, but the previous guy converted that a basic "H" on the floor--leaving the shift rod attached to the steering column. Looked strange.

I could operate the accelerator and brake simultaneously with my right foot (big-toe-ball for the brake, small-toe-edge for the accelerator). And I could do the same with the clutch and high beam button, simultaneously engaging the high-beam button (left edge of my left shoe) and clutch (right ball of my left foot). So I was revving the engine, braking, clutching, and hitting the highbeam simultaneously. I got real cocky at that, and could also do it barefoot.

From the back of the hand, I learned, from my pops, uncles and Gramps was..
A three on the tree
A four in the floor
A fifth under the seat
and..
And six in her 🍑

But I digress..

Ford Bronco I guess I am old. What else have you noticed. ABC018

you'd be amazed how may cellular tower generators are backed up by these POS that give you the most problems at the most inopportune time.
Please don't ask me how I know..
It's very condensing and to the point.

I didn't know if the old Thompson pump would feed the hydroboost brakes also so I upgraded.
