Has anyone installed the CVF high mount intercooler on a 2.3?

Mine is in the shop and they called saying they are having issues with the provided hoses connecting to the intercooler. They said hoses are too small in diameter and that CVF tech support has not been very helpful in resolving the issue. Now the Bronco sits in the shop in pieces for the Memorial Day weekend. Can't find any video's for the 2.3 either. Thank you in advance if you can help.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately the 2.3 install seems to be unique from what the shop and the YouTube videos are telling us. The thought of Memorial weekend without my Bronco is keeping me awake at night

Yeah, I overlooked the engine size. If you look over there though, I thought I saw a CVF-related user on the thread. At least mentioned.

Yeah @CVF-Jason may be able to help here.
Unfortunately my situation was quite a bit different because 2.7, and I also had a different brand of charge pipes.

Much appreciated everyone. We did make contact with CVF yesterday, yet we are at a standstill. Thank you for the suggestions and have a safe holiday.

If I recall it is the same intercooler as the wagner, and it came with an adapter and instructions. I think you have to trim one of the oem lines and fit the adapter. I can go look for my instructions and see what it said.

^ This. You have to cut one of the charge pipes that comes with the kit. Also, as of right now, the CVF high mount only works with the OEM charge pipes, unless you buy another set of silicon hoses to make it work.
